I'm from punjab bathinda - our fridge (Electrolux-kelvinator 2005) was not working - cooling not functioning properly, complaint filed with customer service, - biometer/timer (As told by the service centre) was replaced & we paid rs.2000 - fridge is still not working properly from the date of repair, almost 6 months have passed-we're calling everyday-we get very few responses, our calls are cut, asked to call back & so on - once in a while some one comes & checks & leaves-your service people are absolutely incompetent & rude-our fridge is still not working properly-its 6 months - shame on a company like electrolux. Will never recommend nor will i purchase any of your products again! This is hereby to inform you that i Sidhartha Mukherjee an employee of i.o.c. resing in haldia township have a Kelvinator fridge of 5 years old. from 1st only the fridge is giving problem. it's a double door fridge. the upper part is cooling but the lower part is not cooling. many service has taken place but of no use. The chronology of event of purchase - failure - repaire - failure, within a period of three years speaks well about the poor standard of the products that are being presented to the customer leading to unfair harrasment.
I shall be thankful if you seriously look over the matter.

we had purchased 173 l Ltrs Kelvinator Nutricool Refrigerator from Prabhat Electro Vision Gandhi Chowk Ciricle Hospet, Dist- Bellary (Krnataka) vide Cash Bill No.1109 dated 14.10.2009. My vehicle wanted a turbo fitted the Machanic fitted it and it's still the same payed him for the work complained to him he won't return to do the work I've payed him for the work and he's fitted faulty goods I'm now taking it to trading standards.
