non replacement of defective door

Complaint number-pvlr1008110050,complaint is in the name of sonal dubey, microwave purchased on 8 june,in the name of MR BN Raju,xerox of the receipt allready submitted since the person fromservice crnter said that door is defective and will b replaced but till today no communication is done.please look into the matter.
