[Resolved]  Electrolux Microwave — Poor Service and Pathetic Staff Response

On 23rd September we launched a complain.After many reminders our
complain was attended on 29th Sept.Mr Ashish from Electrolus attended
our complain and said that Door swith needs to get replaced and the next day the same has been done but the same
promlem again started on the very next day.We again launched complain
on 30th Sept (complain no[protected].Again after severals reminders our
complain got attended on 3rd October by Mr.Dwarka Prasad from
Electrolux.He told that there was a problem in the door and he will
be attending it on 4th October.On 4th we again contacted Electrolux ,
now they are saying that there is some problem with the PCB and it
will take one more week time.We are fed up with repeted followup and
performance of our machine.It is to be noted that the m/c was repaired
earlier on Aug 2007.So we feel that the service personnal are
incompetent to handle such repair activities and its getting more
problem and adding more problems then solving So kindly get my
m/c replaced with a new fully ok m/c.

Electrolux/Microwave — No good servicing facility handled by unprofessional team

I have written this to the company and till today I have not received any reply and I assume the company does not have customer care division.

Dear Sir,

I am staying in western suburb of mumbai (Kandiwali west).

I bought Electrolux microwave and also recomended to my family and two of my sister also bought Electrolux make. But unfortunately your service is not acceptable by me. One day All of a sudden the there was no power and no display on the panel, then I tried to locate your service centre, I called up nos printed on the manual they do not exist, there is no clear and correct service center nos. Some how I was able to get the nos from Vijay sales show room and lodge a complain and received complaint no. 7KA[protected] and no one attended than again I called today (17/07/200). Some how the technician visited and found the PCB deffective and without analysing the fault with the PCB informed me the service charge Rs. 280/- and pcb repair cost 1150/- and which I will get after two days. As a technical person myself I found only the AC stepdown transformer faulty, which I informed to the technician and the center, but the center incharge said this is the minimum I have to pay, I found the charge to repair is very expensive and when I question the service center than I got the reply then you repair yourdelf, I paid the service charge to the technician and ready to pay reasonable repair charges also but not Rs. 280 + Rs.1150. Please look in to the matter and at present you have only one authorised service center which is Byculla and to serve north or west Mumbai I find this center is not convinient, please have some more service centers to serve customers. I appreciate if you can reply to this.

Electrolux/Microwave — Poor service

I am having a Microwave model no. Electrolux-MW-EM20 bought from Next Retail Shop at Kalawad Road, Rajkot. About 25 days ago it started sparking. On contacting the dealer, on 18.01.2010 they provided a toll free number [protected] and a complaint was registered having number- RKJ-[protected]. The service personnels after 2-3 reminders appeared on 22.01.2010 and took the inside plate, but never returned. Every alternate day I am calling them, but each time some excuse is given. Now they say, the model is oudated and parts are not available. The product was purchased on 29.04.2010 only and still being marketed. If the product is oudated in 9 months then one would think of purchasing Electrolux products.
