I travelled from China to South Africa.. Emirates sent me to JHB airport instead of Cape Town airport due to overbooking of flights. I arrived in JHB airport and my luggage didn't arrive. It had been left in Dubai. I waited for 2days to get my luggage and my bag had been opened and things had been stolen. What kind of security system does Emirates have in place? They also conveniently "lost" my contact details and did not send me my luggage until I phoned them again and again to get it sent to me. Very disgusting service indeed.
I was traveled from South Africa, Johannesburg to Hyderabad, India from the date of 16th Dec 2009.
When I was arrived to my home and I opened my Baggage all the goods were stolen from the Bag.
