Emirates — Fraudulent Job Offers

Address:Kutch, Gujarat

Respective Sir,
Let me wish a Warm Greetings to all of you.
I Justin Jose is a citizen of India basically a Keralite, Born, Brought up & residing at Gujarat, India was desiring to work at abroad. I have been offered a Job from an International Company M/S. Emirates Group of Companies. The Designation offered to me is as an "Assistant Terminal Manager" at Sydney Airport, Australia to work on behalf of the said company. The person who had offered me a job introduced himself as a staff of Emirates coming in a class of A+ Category. His name is Dr. Shine Sathiabalan (Cardiologist & Hr Head of South East Asia). His Job Card number displayed on his I Card is 1242521.
He has provided me a Employment agreement copy issued by the embassy and he has taken my signature in its xerox copy along with the xerox copies of all my certificates and identity proofs such as photo, license, pan card, election card and passport.

There are certain aspects which prompted me to write this letter to your good office. I have jotted down the same below for your ready reference.

1. The employment agreement consists only the company name & emblem without disclosing the company address, registered office address, contact nos and Email IDs.
2. The wages offered to me was in Australian Dollars but there is discrepancy in multiple currency typed over the agreement as AED in Figures & AUD in Words.
3. In the above attached agreement, In certain cases Employee is bound by Dubai labor law even though he is working in Australia and in certain cases the employee is bound by Australian labor law.
4. The sign done at the end of the agreement is overwritten twice.
5. The designation of the signing authority is just mentioned as a representative of the company. A round stamp of Regional Passport office is stamped on the agreement where the company representative has signed.
6. There is no signature of the Authorized officer of the Embassy stating his name and designation.
7. The scanned photo of Indian Embassy, Athens, Greece is posted in an agreement came from Dubai Indian Embassy.
8. A paper stating that an Account of Reserve Bank of India has been opened in the employees name is been attached but there is no signature of the authorized person of the bank stating his designation etc.
9. A ticket has been provided stating as a confirmed business class ticket from Bangalore to Dubai and Further Dubai to Sydney. Upon inquiry from Emirates Airlines, Came to know that such a ticket is not booked and no payment for the same is made to the airlines company. Its just a reservation confirmation page.
10. The so called representative of the said company had collected a token advance of Rs. 30700/- from the candidate stating as medical test charges and certificate attestation charges at embassy and he said that the balance of Rs.97900/- has to be paid within 5 working days starting from 22.10.12 which is stated as refundable in page 8 highlighted in bold.

I have my strong doubts that he may misuse my documents for opening fake accounts, and getting sim cards etc. I would be grateful to your esteemed organization if you could accept my complaint and get back the amount paid by me i.e. Rs.30700/- to the fraudulent agent.
Warm Regards,

Justin Jose,
