Emirates — Poor customer care hotline

My travelling date 27/July/2011
My Husband Mr.ANIL VASUDEV KURUP he left to USA on 24/July/2011 .
Because of emergency i want to prepone my ticket before 27th(any dates).
For the above i tried to call your customer hot line for three days (day and night).when i get a line i explained my needs but they couldnot understand what i am asking for, that much inexperienced.whenever i get the call each time some new persons answers and even they dont know the basics except one person.when ever i tried to call your hot line i was made to wait hours to get the support.totally a waste of precious time and money.
Finally i was told that the confirmed ticket of mine on 27 th got cancelled,i got mad,i made many calls and went to the emirates office and got my booked ticket for 27th July.
Its totally a mental torture for me ,i thought of giving a complaint to consumer court,This is not the way a customer is expected to be treated from a reputed firm like yours.your customer hot line is very useless.shame on that.
Because of not getting proper answer from customer care hotline i couldnt make my trip on 24th so all my future plans lost.
