I was working with TEAM MANAGMENT CONSULTANCY MUMBAI for the period 1-7-2007 to 1-8-2008. On resigning from there, applied for withdrawal of my provident fund money immediately. I have yet to receive my money. The number allotted to the company is Code No.MH-91327.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange for clearance of my dues from department at the earliest.

I approached to Bandra Office and found that my PF has not been transfred and it is pending with Kandivali Office as per PF office Bandra.

My New PF No. is MH/6657/232

i was retrench by pep stores in 1994, until up today i did not receive my money i can not even mention how much.hence i have filled forms from 2007 and again now in 2009.when i tried to phone they just tell me that the application forms have been submitted to the providend fund.and when i asked them the phone number or any personal contact they say its confidential.just imagine from 94 and its 2009 now.please help me to get my benefits from those people or that company.

I submited my PF Forms with all detail in PF office at Kandivali, Mumbai in AUG-2008.according to your office recard my pf cleard in dec-24-2008 but your office crew mistake filed wrong A/C no-[protected] instead of my acctual A/C no-[protected] s.b i.gauriganj -sultanpur (u.p) on my cheqes due to this my both cheqe return and widrawal could not completted.I submit six time my acctual A/C attested copy, bankstatement, and pf office document at your office but no any positve response get in this 07 month .
Why this PF procedure delay for withdrawal & get the unwanted reason, and frustraiting to in our life that actually should not be.

And now i thinks waiting again one year.. Pls. who will solve this problem immediately.
