not get back my money

Dear Sir,

I had worked as an Asst.Electrical Engineer(Emp I.D-B-062) in Utter Pradesh in Gaziabad district in MERINO INDUSTRIES LIMITED from 19/12/2006 to 08/09/2008.When I resigned my duty I had applied P.F money withdrawal form(P.Fa/c no-UP/11596/0 AT Meerat zonal office) in a/c of Indus-ind Bank.No- 0049-E77130-001 but till now I am not get my money.

So Sir please inquire this matter ,if I get money back, I am very glad for that.

i had worked in mohan ortman&herbst ltd. block -f okhla industrial phase-1 new delhi 110020(india)
since 1978 to 1981 i want to get my E.P.F from that compnay i dont know my e.p.f count number what can i do please give me a reply in my e-mail id (abdulwahid57@ymail.com)
