[Resolved] Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Non receipt of Provident Fund
Dear Officer, First of all wish all of you a very Happy Baishakhi New Year. This has reference to my PF settlement for my service tenure (10th July 2006 till 31st July 2008) in JSW Steel Ltd. On 20th August 2009 I had posted my Provident Fund claim form(s) - Form 19, both pages duly filled in with self, Organisation and Bank Account details, and duly signed with Revenue stamp through Registered post with AD. (I possess scanned image copy of the filled in forms) And the same was properly received by JSW Steel Limited Office in Mumbai on 25th August 2009 (I possess copy of the Registered AD Card with JSW Office seal and date stamp together with the date stamp of Mumbai Postal department on 31st August 2009). Subsequently I tried to keep track of the processing through the PF online system of Government of India. http://www.epfindia.com/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx Though I submitted and the form(s) were properly received by JSW Steel Limited on 25th August 2009 but till date the settlement has neither reached my Bank Account wherein the PF website is continuously showing "Your Claim Not received by this Office". Request you to please look into the matter for a speedy resolution. Warm Regards, Suman Kumar Ghosh [protected]@yahoo.com Was this information helpful?

PF office should understand that, the status information is very critical for every employee and that reduces unnecessary anxiety, which is not good for their health/life. I'm someone who is in immediate need of the settlement and this delay is just not doing any good to me.
Understanding our government procedures and processes, I'm willing to put up with the delay. But the least the government can do is, keep me updated on the progress.
Best regards,
Bala
