Employees Provident Fund Organisation — non release of pf claim

I have submitted my pf claims 19 and 10c on 22/09/2011 in employees' provident fund organisation ,regional office Barkatpura, Hyderabad-27.My updated PF number is AP/KKP/32089/1190(OLD N0. IS AP/32089/1190).I have received an acknowledgement from this office. But till date I have not received my PF amount.Please do necessary steps to release my dues.
