Employment Provident Fund Organization — My PF amount and status of withdrawal

I had worked a pharma company from November 2005 to November 2009 .My name PF account no. is MH/24092/326, I had applied for my Provident Fund in the month July 2009.

Kindly let me know, status of my application for withdrawal and how much amount(money), I will be getting after settlement my pf account.
