srinagar G.P.O — wrong delivery of impt.item

this item was shipped from srinagar, kashmir to AICHI JAPAN.THROUGH EMS POST through srinagar G.P.O. on 5th may 2011. however they have shipped it to USA not to japan, when we paid Rs/- 410... and the item was sent to japan for urgent business purpose...and it has embarassed our customer....
kindly help us in this regard

My company had booked the parcel in Madhur courier on 12th JAN.2012 VIDE DOCKET NO. [protected] with urgent delivery to me at Nagpur.Nagpur office of Madhur courier had recd. the parcel on dated 14th Jan.2012. I have contacted the Nagpur delivery office 8 to 10 times, they are asking me that delivery boy will deliver your parcel today. but till date I have not recd. my parcel. Please do the needful.
