epass - scholorship bank account not updated

Dear Sir/Madam
This is Lavanya,studing MCA(2009-2012) in KMMIPS,Tirupathi.actually in my mca first year i got scholorship Rs3000/-.but in my second and third year scholorship sanctioned but not credited in my account.when i entered atm card it shows invalid pin number.so as my proffesor sujjestion i applied for new card. i hav recieved new card but it is not updated.i went many times to chittoor for this..but they are not responding.they said it will credited in ur account and check ur atm cards.but it is not credited.some one said that u hav to maintain minimum balance of Rs500 then it will credited in ur account.but i dont know how to deposit bal in my account. below are my details.
