PF withdrawal settlement not done
Dear Sir,
I would like to know the feasibility to raise complaint against EPF banaglore office regarding my request for them to withdraw my PF amount (from previous employers).
I have got confirmation (in email) from my employer (Oracle ), that they have sent the required docs to pf office Bangalore in January.
Till date i havent heard any update on the same.
I would like to know the legal against action I can move forward against EPF bangalore office now.
Please help me to move further.

my self hemlata verma and my id 2096965. my pf claim no.KN/25075/46109. I have submitted my pf form on 22 JAN.2011.AND I know my pf status in HR DEPARTMENT.
he has given my reply me your form submitted on 31/03/11.at pf office in BANG LORE..
i checked my mail but HR department informed me.on dated 10/06/11. pf claim no KN/25075/46109. has given. i checked my claim status.on website.but i replied.your claim is under process on 31/05/11. 90 days are completed not settlement my PF.CLAIM.WHY?
Kindly req.to you PF SETTLEMENT.
