My PF Settlement Claim
Hi,
My previous employer submitted my EPF and the new SSN form to the Delhi North office on March 25th. Its almost going to be 2 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.
My PF number is : DL/27703/3370

Dear Sir,
I, Attili Jagannadha Prabhu worked in M/s Jayatma Informatics Pvt.Ltd, Ahmedabad, for their Project in Hyderabad, as Operations Manager, They issued the PF Number as GJ-AHD-53863-1506. I joined in the organization on 15th June2010. Now I want know the my PF amount balance. What I have to do? My company closed their operations In AndhraPradesh. I checked in online registration. I received the mail as that my name and my PF no.not tally with records of PF department and they suggested me check with company. I forwarded the mail which received from PF department for clarification, but they are not given reply for my mail. I am Milap Nandkishorbhai Balia is Claim for my P.F.amount since from 01.06.2011 But still more than 90 days is past but till today i am not getting my P.F.fund in my account. and My P.F. no is DLCPM00258030000014908 from Delhi North office.
So Please look the matter is serously.
So do the neededful and Plese try ot Urgent solve my issue

Sir,
I was working in Deepu Garments Export Company on behalf of THE MAKERS PVT.LTD, Rewari, Haryana. period of AUG-2007 to OCT-2008 .Presently Contractor is Not agree to Sign In PF Form .As per Contractor he has not submited PF Return in PF Office of Employer's share .Presently what action can be taken against this Company pls suggest .Presently Same Contractor is working in another place in same Company (taken Cotractship) & Company Name he has Changed .
Pls suggest what should be taken against them .

Sir, I worked in Gowtham Model Schools during April, 2006 To April, 2009 for 3 years and I resigned to my job in April, 2009 at Nizamabad. During this period I have given the 3 P.F. account numbers. I submitted the P.F. withdrawl forms to the concerned P.F. offices in the month of June, 2011. But till today I did not get any amount. The following are my P.F. Account Numbers.

Dear sir,

before 15month i recived the PF claimed PF form
but still iam not recieved the claim iam visite the myPNB home branch they
saying they are not recieve the check but as per the above form so please

Dear Sir,
We have submiited our Pension papers (form 10 D) with ambatur regional provident office in the month of march 2011. Till now we have not yet received any confirmation with them. Whenever we try to contact them we do keep getting the same reply " software problem, we are looking into it it will be done in a fortnight you will receive the confirmation letter through mail". Kindly speedup the process and sanction my pension. its almost 6 months over still pending... Please I request you to settle my claim asap..
