[Resolved]  EPF India — My pf settlement claim

Sir, I am shaikh Mustaque from Dhule, I want to know my PF Balance. My PF Account No is GJ/VAPI/45488/302 & my Company Name is Sinic Electronics Pvt Ltd. Silvassa & date of left of company is 30.6.2008, I had submitted my PF Withdrawl form by register AD, i had received acknowledgement on 19.9.2008.

For the Epf claim settelment submitted my paper to Meerut, Uttar pradesh office and got my acknowledgement on 7th of Aug. After 10ne moneth I came to know They return my paper to employer. After that I made a complaint in grivance cell of labour ministry ref no is MOLBR/E/2008/00358 BY DATED 9.9.2008 and also mail to [protected]@sify.com but won't get any responce from there. On 23.09.2008 send mail to [protected]@nic.in and telephonicly spoke to Mr. V.P. Singh(RPFC II) but wont get any solution.

55 days already has gone, please look into the matter and settle my claim as earlier possible.

I have a PF account with you with PF account no.MH/47808/41391. i have applied of claim of my PF amount one year ago and when ever i check my PF status on www.epfindia.nic.in even today your site says that your Claim Not Received by this Office. So, please can you tell me the status of my account. I your office still din't receive my mail can you tell me the other procedures of with drawing my amount from my PF account. i hed personaly visited from delhi to meerat for submit my p f form on 04-09-08 but i am still waiting for my p f to be credited in my given account.

He was expired on 15.09.06 and i have deposited all the pension claim form and the status of your organisation is about be proceed, then i have consult the epf office bhubaneswar, but he can say to me the letter send to you but sir i have not received any letter to your office.

Therefore I request you to kindly verify and to solve the problem what can be done and to send me in my e-mail ID about this claim.

for my settlement of pf I have visited many times to the company & p.f office but still it is pending ...

I resigned my previous employer (wheelsindia ltd rewari)on may 2007 and joined new company. I send the request for transfer my PF amount from previous employer to my new company (modtech industries haridwar) PF account. but till now the amount has not been transferred in PF account i am holding with my current employer. Could you please check my transfer in status. Also i would like to know the amount i am holding in my PF account.

The complainant must find out what were the shortcommings in the claim papers submitted by his or his employer and get the same rectified and resubmit instead of filing complaints. without completing the papers/documents final settlement will not be possible

My previous employer submitted my EPF and the new SSN form to the Delhi North office on July 24th. Its almost going to be 4 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.

My PF number is : 52444
