Hi,
My previous employer submitted my EPF and the new SSN form to the Delhi North office on March 25th. Its almost going to be 2 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.
My PF number is : DL/27703/3370

Myself Neeraj kumar and my pf number is MH/41586/18847 foe which i have applied for withdrawl in 14/11/2011 in my previious head office.
Now if i check in the claim status it come as in process ... i want to know that it has been going to be eight month for my application to be submitted stilll iam not getting my pf amount.
Even not iam able to check the balance of my pf
it has been going to be eight months ... i request you to please look in to the matter and settle my claim ASAP or please assist me for going for a legal enquiry

In reference to our complain no - 228, we are keen to confirm that it is "still continuing". In accordance of the same, we have cordinated some of the documents to Mrs. M.Bhatnagar, SO (C-III) compliance section 4th floor and also Mr.Ram Rawat, CSD, gound floor by speed post dated-24/05/12 as it was desired by them to check the given e-mail id record so that they able to confirm the compliance in writing .Please note and oblidge to act over the complaint.

Sir,
I am Kishan Dan was working in Swastik Marble. My PF a/c is DL/5588/27515 in R.O delhi north.
in this account account my PF was 20740/- Cheque No. 400974 Dt. 06.09.2011.
But this cheque is not submitted in my a/c till today.
.I have complaint two times in PF office Sec.23 Dwarka New delhi... No Result
Kindly deposite this cheque in my below a/c as soon as possible,

Sir,
Please refer to your letter no./A/C-60/DL/32460/08/4098 dated 30th June, 2010 on the above mentioned subject. (Copy enclosed for your ready reference)
In this regard my point’s wise submission is follows:-
This has reference your letter EPFO DEPATEMT NORTH DT. 30.06.2010 & reference to your E-mail as on dated-30.06.2010 & 03.08.2010 regarding claim settlement of P.F Account No-DL32460/08. I thankfully acknowledge the receipt of Rs. 7925 & Rs. 2882 in my bank account. However, I am sorry to inform you that my PF account is not yet settled fully till date.
In your above referred letter no.DL-N/PGHS/980 3585 dated 09th July 2010 you have mentioned that this is the final settlement of my PF account. However, I may inform you that I have received the PF settlement only for the years F.Y 2004-05 & 2005-06. The PF for the period March-2006 to August-2006 is still pending till date.
Please note that I have been working with M/s Kanchan International Ltd till August-2006, details of which have been provided to your vide my letter dated 12/18.05.2010. Therefore I request you to check my account details and arrange to settle my PF Claim for the remaining period from March-2006 to August-2006 at the earliest.
I would like to inform you that I have submitted the PF Form again in the office of Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Wazirpur, New Delhi as on April 19, 2011 (Copy of PF Form is enclosed for your reference).
I request you to please look into the matter and expedite the payment of balance PF claim as soon as possible.
Your immediate action on the above will be highly appreciated.

i am sunny and i working with apex logistics under larsen and toubro and my PF ACCOUNT NO. GJ/RJT/44510/3424 and company give me larsen & toubro Ahmedabad gujrat office address and when i post my epf work to ahmedabad address and after some day i call this office and a officer said me you account no not retated this office you post your EPF form to rajkot gujrat larsen & toubro office i request you please provide me larsen & toubro rajkot gujrat EPF office

I am retired on 31/3/2012 from the Divisional Manager FDCM Kinwat (Maharashtra)and submitted my Pension Fund claim and Provident Fund claims by 30th April 2012 to the Asst. Commissioner EPF Aurangabad. But the claim is not being setteled as yet. I have submitted my claim only one time, but as per the SMS from pf commissioner the clims has been rejected by him four times. My first time claim submittion No. is 120500000381 (Form 19)120500000384 (Form 10D) It is not understood, how the claims are being admitted without my re submission.Where as PF Commissioner Nasik had settelled all claims of my coleuge staff members within two/three months.Please persue the matter with Asst. Hi, I applied for Pf twice till now.First time, it was my bank's fault, they didn't intimate while closing my salary and unfortunately I have given the same bank account number for the pf amount to be deposited. To rectify this mistake I was asked to send the ASR form (in Hindi) to the concerned pf department.After a month from submitting the ASR form, I received an sms stating that form 10c is rejected and rejection letter is under dispatch, I received this SMS on 2nd July, till now i didn't receive the rejection letter...pf department if you happen to see this message please reply.I would be very helpful if you can send me your email ID so that I can send my details for your records.

My previous employer submitted my EPF and the new SSN form to the Delhi South office on Sept End. Its almost going to be 2 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi. I never got any response from them.& I have received only one massage on dtd18/10/12 for rejection, &rejection latter is under dispetch. but till date i have not received any decoment on my address. pls inform me as soon as possible on my mob.
