[Resolved]  EPF India — My pf settlement claim

Sir,
Now I am working in APGENCO, Nellore.I got trasfer from APGENCO paloncha, khammam dist to Nellore. I had applied for transfer of my EPF account from warangal region to kadapa region on dt 16.10.2012 with relavant documents(Form13(R)).65 days already has gone, there is no response from warangal and kadapa office.Even in phone contact with PRO of kadapa and warangal there is no use.please look into the matter and settle my claim as earlier possible.

This request is w.r.t to the EPF A/C # TN/MAS/0052878/000/0011050

In continuation of the reg. no. RCHEN/E/2013/00167, i got the reply that "A sum of Rs.xxx/- has been transferred to Infosys Ltd. EPF Trust on 8.12.2012".

In continuation of the reg. no. RCHEN/E/2013/00372, i got the reply that "A sum of Rs.xxx/- has been transferred to Infosys Ltd. EPF Trust on 24.12.2012".


I contacted my current employer Infosys Ltd. for verification but they told that if the amount is transferred online then they did not receive the Anexure for the payment transfer to their trustee account. Could you please send the Anexure of payment transfer to infosys and send me the copy on my email [protected]@infosys.com so that i can follow-up with my employer.


Everytime i am getting different date of payment transfer. Could you please check if there is any fraud in it so that i can take a legal action if someone is making any fraud in that.

I AJAY NARAYAN SINGH EX.employee of BSC.C&C JV, was resigned in 2009. my claim in form 10 having claim IDgnggn[protected] and in form 19 - claim ID GNGGN[protected]. my claim form submitted in gurgaon RO on 28sep.2012.on epfo website claim status displays as claim has been rejected.Rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched. But i have not got any rejection letter from epfo. gurgaon RO. on my address till date.
So pl. intimate me about reason of rejection of my PF claim.

I Dinesh Jarial have submitted my papers for EPF withdrawal on 11 April 2012 . I have resigned from the company
on Dec 31 2011 still I hav"nt received my EPF settlement . I have approached the EPF office they are saying
that the company has not submitted the yearly returns . When I approached the company" s director Mr TVS Sharma
he gives excuses like our consultant is not coming, its not our problem its the EPF offices problem .

Dear sir; My PF was trransfered from EPF office Bommasandra, Peenya, KN to EPF office Gurgaon, Haryana on31/10/2008 & through one more transaction. I am sibaram nahak.i was working for aegon religare life insurance company.i had applied for my epf withdrawl one year back.for long days inyour sight it shows that your account is approved payment is under process.10 days back I have posted a comment on this.5 dats back when I see in my claim status it showed your account is settled.today when I see in the claim status it shows blank...
but I have not received my payment yet.please verify and do the needful
