[Resolved]  EPF India — Withdrawal claim not settled

Sir,

Ref: EPF account No. KN/34612/377 (Bangalore Bommasandra EPF Office)

I am a government employee working as a faculty in NITK, Surthkal,
Karnataka. I applied for EPF on Oct 8, 2009 and still waiting for the
account to be settled.

Infact I had re-applied on Oct, since when I had applied for the first
time in June/July, I got the amount partially and I was asked to apply
once again and I did it in Oct 2009.

Please see if this can be settled at the earliest.

From the 7th september im being waiting & yet i havent received claims.
Please take this as request and please settle my claims as early as possible.

I had applied for withdrawl of EPF on 03/12/09. My EPF account No is KN/BN/23372/8870. The on line status of claim agst Receipt No 29315454 is "Settled" since last one month. But nothing has been received in my Bank account. Please apprise me the recent status of my claim and transfer the amount against claim settled to my bank account as early as possible.

I had applied for the PF Withdrawal first time in Jul 2008.

I then received a letter from PF office dated 16th Oct 2008 which asked for (1) Personal Knowing Certificate from the attested authority and (2) Xerox of Savings Bank Passbook. My ex-company official told me that item (1) is not required and they sent an attested photocopy of my cheque to the PF office. This was re-filed on Jan 2009.

The letter was returned in April 2009 with the following requirements from PF office.

My PF claim has again bounced back (attached reasons) this time asking for:
(1) A Zerox Copy of my Driving License, PAN card, ' Passport and Election Card.
(2) A Zerox Copy of bank passbook attested by Bank Manager.
(3) Reason for Delay in Submission.

I re-filed with all above in Dec 2009 and now waiting since then for another update from PF office. Please help to settle soon.

Dear sir, with reference to above details (S.J.Jayachandran KN/23064/91), I have resigned the job on 27/1/2010, and submitted all documents to release my EPF dues through our office (Union Switch & Signals known as Ansaldo STS) but as on today i didn't received any response from EPF office. Kindly inform the status of my claim and reason if any deficiencies in document submission. Kindly release my amount as early as possible.

But both are the above mentioned payments is not received as on today. We have several times contacted over phone[protected] but we have not received any positive reply.

Dear sir, This is to inform you that i recieved a cheque of my p.f. withdrawl on dated 28/8/2010 cheque no. 860613with name of jai prakash yadav A/C payee Rs. 64977=00 but the state bank of india azamgarh has given the remark that the same no. of cheque has been passed on dated 28/5/2009 with the code no. 8443 Rs. 6351 =00 in chennai. so you are requested to suggest me what i have to do to get the fresh cheque.

My name is Milan Sawant. my question is that I was working before in Mumbai for ADFC Chandivali branch in Phonebanking dept for the period of[protected] & I leaved the organisation on 15 dec 2009 & filled my pf form 8 months back but the amt is not been credited till now but i recd the message on my mob that the amt has been credited. The msg which i recd in that there is A/c no & IFSC code written wrong. I need a help that what needs to be done in such a case as i filled my form in Mumbai & now i m permantly staying in Goa & i m not able to visit the mumbai thane office.
