CHEQUE RETURNED DUE TO ACCOUNT CLOSED

Sir,

I ( Bhaskar Guna) had received a final settlement cheques of P F accumulations and withdrawal benifit against P.F. Account No.MH/BAN/45665/51227 against ch. No. 943723 Dated 22/09/2011 for Rs.32325/- (Rupees Thirty Two thousands and Three Hundred Twenty Five Ruspees only) and Ch. No.974929 dated 22/09/2011 for Rs. 11835/- (Eleven thousands and Eight Hundred Thirty Five Rupees only). But unfortunately I closed my savings bank account with M/s Axis Bank wide account no. [protected] at Bangalore before the Cheques came for clearance in to my account. And the cheques were returned to your office and not credited in to my bank account. So Please resend my claim to my Savings bank account with M/S. Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd., 30-7-25 Ground Floor, Near Saraswathi Park, Daba Gardens, Visakhapatnam., Bearing S.B. Account No.[protected].

For your reference I am attaching My New Bank Account Pass book copy, email received from EPFO towards my Original Claim, and Aknowledgement received towards my PF Application from PF Office.
