[Resolved] EPFO, Bandra, Mumbai — REFUND OF PF & CHANGE OF A/C NUMBER

Respected Sir,

I Mr.Amit Gupta applied for PF and bearing PF A/C number MH/48037/58 got a letter from PF office, stating that amount will be credited as per given ICICI account number ie.,[protected] but due to A/C mismatch cheques has been returned to PF Office, So I am providing you my account details and cheques details mentioned which have been returned to PF office.I am following you for 2 years,but you have not given any responce.Still I am waiting for my PF amount.

NOTE: CHEQUE NO: 147432, DATED: 30.12.2008, AMOUNT: 15,877/-
CHEQUE NO. 177963,DATED: 30.12.2008, AMOUNT: 7,262 /-

Bank and A/c number Details:

BANK: ICICI BANK Ltd.

A/C NUMBER:[protected].

BRANCH: C- SCHEME, JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN)

PIN: 302001.

So kindly process my request as soon as possible.

I spoken to PF office mumbai, they said that till now did not got any sort of request from our end.but i got proof that they recived a letter form company .

PF not received
Sir,
I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on january 05, 2011 to the regional providend fund commissioner 341, Bhavishya nidhi bhavan, bandra (east) Mumbai. I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account.

I have tried calling the EPF Office, Mumbai on the phone number provided, but un-able to reach anyone on those numbers provided.

My PF number is MH/44546/5985
