I Mr.K. Sujai Kumar applied for PF and bearing PF A/C number MH/45327/82158 got a letter from PF office, stating that amount will be credited as per given ICIC account number ie.,[protected] but due to some problems my ICICI account has been closed. And cheque as been returned to PF Office, So am providing you my new SBI account details and cheque details mentioned which as been returned to PF office.



NOTE: CHEQUE NO: 96658, DATED: 30.01.2009, AMOUNT: 4, 156/-

So kindly process my request as soon as possible.


I spoken to PF office mumbai, they said that till now did not got any sort of request from our end.but i got proof that they recived aletter form company on 27/02/2009.which is stamped by PF office

my company terminated my services on jan 2010 abruptly without assigning any reason and/or justification whatsoever.

Hi,

I am Sanjoy Manna, resident of Budge Budge Pujali, Kolkata-700138, and had worked for Pan india food solutions pvt ltd whose PF amounts was getting submitted in Mumbai PF office, Bandra. Before more than a year filing my papers, I did get an intimation on 25/10/11, stating that both my PF & Pension amounts have been sent to my savings account in Allahabad Bank S/B A/C No.[protected] in Bugde Budge, Pujali, Nischintapur branch, Kolkata-700138.

But these cheques No 943349 Dated 16/09/2011 for Rs.18984/- have bounced and it really surprises me that a goverment party like the EPF, Mumbai have given bounced cheques.

My PF Number is MHBAN/0048533/000/0003475, Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]

I hope some responsible authority will look into this and let me know that I will not lose my hard earned money. Please treat this with utmost urgency.
