I have received one massage to day from BP EPFO for my form 10C( withdrawal Benefit) have rejected.

Sir, What is the reason to reject my above claim.

Here we must you use RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT(RTI) in order to know the time taken by EPF office to process the claim.

In this process officers have to explain the valid reason otherwise petitioner can take any legal action on due losses arises from such delay.

It does not matter weather its Goverment body of Private Firm, to know about the valid reasons and proper actions are the constitutional right of the citizen.

This is regarding my PF Claim. I had submitted my PF documents to the PF Office, Bandra Mumbai on 25th May, 2011. I was told that the money would be transferred within next 45 days. Today it is 14th Oct, 2011 and I haven't got the money yet. When I check the status on the EPFO Website, it says: STATUS for Member Claim ID : MHBAN[protected]

Please let me know the status.

Dear sir/Mam,

I had submited my PF form on Oct 2011 and it has been received to your pf office as on Nov 2011, after 4 month i received message from pf that your pf form has been rejected, rejection letter is under dispatch.
After 2month i received my form & again i resubmitted my form as on 5th may 2012 & it has been dispatch to your office as on 16th may 2012.

My current organization has sent the PF Transfer docs to RPFC on May 21, 2012.
Now the EPFO site says: Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.

Hi,

I have submitted my PF documnets on 18 August 2011 in the 28 wazirpur office. According to the pf transfer rule it should be credited in my account within 45 days but i didn't received the money yet. I have checked the status by EPFO site and the current status showing on site is following:

SIR/MADAM,

I have applied to withdaw my epf claim in jan'11 and the sam got rejected in feb'12 stating contribution amount differes and reply to show cause not received from Mumbai kandivali pf branch. i have followed with the previous employer several time since april'12 through mail and phone.I have not got any proper response till date. i have all followup mail communication with me.

Request you to please advise what is the next step i should follow to get my hard earned pf amount.

Dear Sir,

I live in Kanpur(UP). I filed my EPF Form No.19 through the employer(Karnataka) before 3 months and EPF Status as per EPFO website form the last 20 days is being shown, "CLAIM FORM 19 HAS BEEN SETTLED. PAYMENT SENT THROUGH NEFT". But the payment has not been credited to my saving bank account yet.

Got information on 6.11.2012 from EPFO(Bhagalpur) my application is in proccess
but till now Ihave not got it.At the same time I got information throughthe phone No-[protected] that signature of the authority or chairperson does not match but any way office will identify the sign and will finish the duty, to day when I had my talk with the same No the phone holder told me this is my personal No and were told 'come to the office onlythen I can solve.
