Hi,

This is regarding the PF claim withdraw which has been rejected & asked to contact RO or SRO for further clarification. I stay in Hyderabad & not possible to visit Chennai for this.

After checking the claim status its showing as below. it has been more than 2 months I applied for PF claim.

DEar Sir,

I am V.S.L. Narayana EPS A/C. No. MH/48826/014 have submitted Form10 D on 12.2.2015 and has been rejected. The PF office mail shows tht the same has been rejected and and the details will be sent.

So far I have not received the forms back and do not know the reason for rejection. I do not know to whom to contact. Why they are are making so much delay in sending the rejection reason. As I am retired and have no other way get the EPS amount.

Will you kindly help me in this by giving the concerned person Telephone NO. When I took the PF office no. no one is lifting the phone and my telephone charges are deducint from my account.

Like me so many other peoples are suffering a lot in the same way. Why the PF authorities will sit silient. If they are in our position what they will do.

I want to withdraw the money that got accumulated in epf. The filing process was done by my previous employer. After waiting for 4 months my previous employer says that the form was rejected because the cancelled cheque leaf does not have my name printed on it. Where as my other previous employers were given the same cheque. It is the cheque of a nationalised bank. At that time the money was transferred within 2 months after filing. What should I do?

I have changes company before 2 months i have fill up form 13 and submitted to present company then after i got message your claim id rejected and get letter. i have got rejection letter in which reason is “Member A/C No does not exist”. but before this i have logged in http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/ this site with my previous company EPF A/C number it display all information about my PF credited every month and i able to download passbook also.EPF account number display on http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/ site is filled in form 13 then after i got letter your EPF scheme has been rejected/returned due to the following reason(s).

Others – Member A/C No. does not exist.
