[Resolved] EPFO India, Bandra, Maharashtra — PF Claim Pending for more than 8 Months | |
I have submitted claims to my previous company M/S ACCENTURE SERVICES PVT LTD on 01/06/2008. They inturn submitted the claims to the Bandra PF Office on 04/10/2007. When ever I contacted the Bandra PF Office they use to say in 15 days you will receive the money. I had seen more than 10 15 days like that. I had checked up the status till last week. It has the same message. Claims received on 04/10/2007. Please try again after 30 days of submission. Today when I checked the website says the Establishment Code(45665) itself doesnot exist. I even visited the office early this month and confirmed that my claim papers are still lying at the bottom of the lot. Probably my claim is the oldest pending in the history EPFO India. I had personally taken out my claim papers and given it to the clerk there. I need justice now. Whom to contact and I want to register a case with Consumer Forum. I want to get compesation for the mental and physical tension, harrasment by the staff of bandra office. I had even written mails to the mail ids mentioned in the website. all mails bounced and i tried contacting the ministry of labor, they told me politely to contact the Bandra Office. EPF bandra, Mumbai office — Claimed for PF amount. It has been 4 months no response and no money from PF office.
Dear Sir/Madam,I was working in Axis Bank Ltd in Hyderabad through Synergy Pvt Ltd (Mumbai based) . I have sent all the forms for claiming PF amount to Synergy in February of this year. Synergy company has submitted forms to the PF office Bandra, Mumbai in the month of May. Till now I didn't get PF amount. I continuously calling the numbers provided for contact on Bandra PF site but no one is lifting the calls. When I call Synergy people, they are saying that it is government work it will take time and they can not confirm any date. I am strucked up in between these two negligent companies Synergy Pvt Ltd and PF Bandra office. I am in hyderabad and these two offices are in Mumbai. I am unable to do anything now.
I request you, I am in very bad need of money, please resolve the issue.I am not getting this PF amount nor the confirmed date when I will receive.
