[Resolved]  EPFO — Rejection of Provident fund form

Dear Sir,


My name is Sujit Kumar and my provident fund account number is DS/NHP/0034581/000/0000035.I was working in M/s. Sanchar Telesystems Ltd,802,Chiranjeev Tower,Nehru Place,New Delhi since 01 June 2010 to 31-July 2011.After i left my job i just submitted my PF settlement form to PF office Dwarka for my settlement of provident fund.At that time PF office rejected my form and as per PF office my company do not pay some of amount for year 2010.As per PF office on behalf of my company PF office do not pay my money due to short payment made by my previous company.

I requested you to please consider my request and lodge my complaint against PF office dwarka and my company.
