[Resolved]  EPFO, RO, Bandra — Non-Receipt of Rejection Letters under dispatch No. MHBAN[protected] & mhban[protected]

My PF withdrawal requests have been rejected under Nos. MHBAN[protected]Form 19) & mhban[protected]Form 10 C). But I have not been received above rejection letters and do not know under what circumstances my case of refunds have been rejected. It may be because varing in Name - Ms Pritima Bhawmik or Ms Pratima Bhaumik (mentioned on crossed cheque). In this effect, I have already submitted the Affidavit, duly signed by Notary.

Sir, I am in urgent need of money and therefore request you to clear my claims or else provide me above rejected letters to enable me to comply the requirement.
