[Resolved]  EPFO — Transfer of PF accumulation

Dear sir,

This refers to my application dated 11.07.2012 for transferring my PF accumulation in my PF account no AP/PTC/30911/1942 to my new account HR/GGN/26811/376 at regional PF office Gurgaon.

Till Dec'12 there was no response to above mentioned claim from Patancheru office. while enquiring about the claim (online) i came to know that the claim is rejected. for further enquiry i wrote a mail to sro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in, but till now there is no response to that mail also. On further enquiring about the same, RPFO advised me to send a letter by speed post regarding the same.

In response to that advice, i sent a letter to RPFO Patancheru on 03.01.2012 (speed post no. EM[protected]IN). Till now there is no response to that letter from EPFO Patancheru.

Further to that, while enquiring personally at RPFO Patancheru,the office provided me a copy of letter (dated 12.07.2012)they sent to PF office Gurgaon (the letter was not copied to me neither any intimation was given to me regarding that letter and/or rejection)). The letter was sent to RPFO Gurgaon (along with Form - 13) for some verification/ attestation. Copy of that letter is attached herewith.

While enquiring about about mentioned letter at RPFO Gurgaon, they informed that Form - 13 has been sent to RPFO Patancheru in the month of Dec.'12.

Today, while enquiring about my claim status (on net it is still showing "claim rejected"). While enquiring, RPFO Patancheru is not even aware of my letter received at there office on 07.01.2013.

sir, my sincere request to you is, please help me to get transferred my balance PF accumulation. or suggest way forward.
