[Resolved]  Epson Cx1500 Multifunction Printer — Printer not working

I am Niraj Rachh from Bhuj. I had purchased EPSON CX 1500 printer (All in one) for my company Pioneer Computer Services, Bhuj.

The printer is having an onsite service warranty. The printer was not working & photocoping was also not working.

I lodged a company through toll free no. on 6/3/2008 Complain no : 168445. My complain was attended after 18 days on[protected], whereby PC Care, Gandhidham Auth. Service centre of Epson, took the printer & promised to get it repaired within a weeks time. Since than 4 weeks have passed. I have called PC care, but they are not giving any positive response.

I am losing lot of money to get my documents photocopied outside.

I dont know what to do.

Please help me.
