ESIC — Non reimburtsment of medicine bill payment

Dear Sir,

I have submitted all bills of medicine towards reimbursement before two month, but after two month I am getting my file with 5 types different quarries. Now he need certificate B, Final Bill (while I have already submitted all originals bills/Slip), etc.

And seniors need special allowance, (Like Black Money), please assist me what can I do ????

Dear Sir,

My name is Ms.Vicky Bhatt and I am working in Amit Engineers, B-61, PH VII, I.A., Mohali. My Insurance No. is 7348002. I have submitted Medical Bills from Period 07.08.10 to 13.12.10 amounted Rs. 4076/- and Rs.2507/- in December 2010 with complete documents. I have submitted 2 bills for same period because my treatment was done from 2 Departments i.e Phy & ENT. These bills are not being cleared by ESI, Sec 34, Chd. Office till now and returned 2 times to ESI branch, Phase VII, I.A. Mohali. Now Mr. Chhinderpal Singh[protected], the staff member of Mohali branch of ESI is not telling the mistake in particular bill. He never meets me and if he meets then says I am not finding the time to search your file. He is harassing me from 3 months.

You are requested to please look into the matter seriously and help me to clear my bills.
