[Resolved]  ESIC — Problem facing for treatment & claim

In Silchar, Assam there is a ESIC branch outlet but no dispensary & doctors. As per the Outlet incharge all patient have to go for Guwahati for any minor or major treatment or Governemnt hospital. Major treatment may not matter. But for all consumers, it is not possible to go to Guwahati as the distance is 12 hours journey through a another state, Meghalaya ( Distance is about 400 km ). Also there is matter of stay in Guwahati also. So requesting the concern person for a dispensary or doctors who can treatment the patient.
