[Resolved] Essilor India — Wrong grade of Crizal Lenses | |||
I have purchased & paid for Crizal A2 lenses from Hiren Optics, Ghatkopar E, Mumbai The quality & performance of the Crizla lenses are of Crizal standard lenses and not as claimed by the company for Crizal A2 lenses. I wrote to the company three times They say that the unique number generated is the only way to identify the type of lens given. The authenticity card given to me bears the unique no. 408792 dated 23/01/2012. The company is not ready to verify & inform me that this unique no. is for which type of lenses, Crizal Standard or Crizal A2. The Company is not supporting the customer to check the product if it has supplied Crizal A2 or Crizal standard lenses or to check the possibilities that the dealer may have ordered for Crizal Standard & charged me for Crizal A2. There is possibility that the company is protecting the dealer or the product is inferior & not as advertised by the company Was this information helpful? | |||

My sister has also experienced a similar problem. Have you heard back from Essilor? Please let me know when you hear back from them. does anyone else have experienced this problem before?

Now I remember one of my friends had the same complaint. Did you hear back from Essilor? Did they answer your questions? has anyone else experienced similar problem?
I am optician from ahmedabad.I started my shop from 2010 but still today i did not get any type of trating or litratures from your company.when custmors asking about your company's product than i recomneded them other company's product because i have not knowledge about your company's product.when i enquired at your ahmedabad delear i did not get satisfaction answer.so please co oprate me and give me positive answer as soon as possible.

Essilor will never attend your complaints they are coward and these people have no guts to stand and face for their product . There product is all china based they get it for some 75 rupees in china and these people sell for infinity price . I have experienced much more bad with them they cant walk the talk they are making indian's fools ..
