dear sir,
i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR NO [protected] but the probem is (my USER ID is ramsuraty and password is ku5412raku) the system is responsing incorrect, i also forgoted my email id i have mailed [protected]@yahoo.co.in& [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no any reply
so what can i do please guide me as soon as[protected]

Following message I have eceived from IRCTC. But it is a matter of regrate that till date the amount of Rs 295/- has not yet been credited in my account. PLEASE DO REFUND MY CACELLATION MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.

I have filed a TDR on 10/03/2009 for refund of ticket bearing PNR No. [protected] and TXN. Id. [protected] which referrence no. is ekt[protected] but after lapse of 5 months and above I have not got my refund
i have booked ticket from new delhi to sriganganagar on 25/8/09 for 28/8/09 but before the transaction be made final or say print out the network failed and i failed to get ticket print out as well as PNR.but at the same time Rs 211 were deducted from my account. since no reservation actually has taken place therefore Rs 211 may be refunded to my account. the following status has been shown under the column cancellation. i may further be guided

1. I had a confirmed reservation in train No. 2653 (samparkranti Exp) on 29 Nov 08 in I AC from Kochuveli to Vadodara with PNR No. [protected]. However due to non availability of room, (AC coach become unserviceable at departure station) I was provided accommodation in II AC coach.
2. On arrival at Vadodara I approached the Station Master for refund of excess money paid. He directed me to write in the following address with the Form of Certificate Granting Refund issued by the TTE due to the usage of e ticket.

3. My application was received by this office on 05 Dec 08(acknoledgement proof available).
Second letter enclosing the Acknowledgement was send on 15 Jun 09.
4. Till date neither any replay to my letter nor any correspondence in this effect received from any office. Request advice the course of action and which agency (address) to be contacted for getting my refund with interest.Now that I am posted to Chennai from Vadodara whom should I contact to get my refund.

i had taken a ticket on 11.8.09 from patna (pnbe) to ambala cantt. (umb). but i have cancilled my ticket because we had not to go to ambala. after this, my amount did not come in my bank account.
