dear sir,
i would like to cancell my eticket which PNR NO [protected] but the probem is (my USER ID is ramsuraty and password is ku5412raku) the system is responsing incorrect, i also forgoted my email id i have mailed [protected]@yahoo.co.in& [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no any reply
so what can i do please guide me as soon as[protected]

Respected Sir,

I cancelled my E ticket PNR no. [protected], transaction No. [protected] on the date of journey[protected]. The ticket is waiting list 9. Ticket is not conformed. how it will be possible to refund the money.?

Please do refund my cancellation money at the earliest

I cancelled my e-tickets PNR [protected] and Transaction ID.[protected] and PNR [protected] and Transaction ID .[protected] on 9-9-2012. While Rs.1520 was refunded to my HDFC bank a/c for PNR [protected] the other ticket though cancelled the money is not refunded to my bank a/c which I checked today. You are requested to expedite the refund. Thanks.

my journey was on dated 20/7/2013 in sevagram express from thane to nagpur pnr no is [protected], transaction id [protected].my express was cancelled. when i contacted 139 railway customer care they told me that there was no need of cancellation ur amount automatically refunded so i was not cancelled my reservation so my amount 2500 Rs. was not refunded so kindly consider my application and refund my amount as soon as possible.

I have booked e.ticket from Trissur (TCR) to Vijayawada (BZA) on 1.4.2014 for the journey on[protected] in train no.16309. The PNR no. is [protected] for three persons. When I checked the availability it was shown as AVAILABILE. But the ticket shows : B1-45 for the first person and the other females it was as PQWL 22 and 23. When I checked after few days it was shown WL 28 and 29. As of now the status is WL 9 and 10. How can it be first person gets confirmed berth and other persons get wait list. Is it by mistake? It should have been RAC 1 and 2 for the 2nd and 3rd persons, if the last berth is allotted to the first person.
Could u pl clarify

Sir,
I booked e-ticket from Ongole to Kakinada port on 29/5/2014 at about 23:50 hrs through SBI Internet Banking transaction Ref No IGU8979355.
Yet I have not received the ticket. The web page suddenly stopped working. I went and searched my booked history, I could find only transaction ID without PNR No. Ticket fare Rs. 216 has already been deducted from my SBI savings account on Ref No IGU8979355.Please Consider My plea and rectify the problem
