[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Booster E Boiling Plus — Water not clear and the motor shouts a lot

Hi, I have bought an Aquaguard Booster Model. This model is not worth. The motor inside the product makes huge noise which the Sales person never told me. Also the water is not clear. There are some black particles in the water. I guess I have bought the Aquaguard to filter the water and not to contaminate the water. 10 days gone. Still the issues are not resolved. Very poor after sales service I must say. Also the marketing executive promised some free gifts. After the delivery of the machine he never turned out at my home or didnt call me. Can Eureka Forbes senior executive look into this matter?
