AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WAS LODGED IN THE MORNING ON 14 th JAN/09 @ UR AURANGABAD OFFICE NON FUNCTIONING OF THE AQUA GUARD WATER PURIFIER . COMPLAINT ID NO.WAS 1420 & WAS ASSURED THAT A PERSON WOULD BE ATTENDING THE PROBLEM BY NOON. TILL TODAY i.e ON 17th JAN/09 THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. IN THE MORNING WHEN THE CALL WAS GIVEN TO UR OFFICE FOR RESOLVING THE PROBLEM, IN A VERY RUDE TONE THEY REPLIED THAT NOT TO CALL AGAIN REGARDING THIS PROBLEM & A PERSON WOULD BE SENT TILL NOON . LATER IN THE EVENING @ 5.pm WHEN A CALL WAS GIVEN @ UR OFFICE MISS MONA JAIN ATTENDED THE CALL & ASSURED THAT TOMMOROW MORNING A PERSON WOULD ATTEND THIS PROBLEM. ON ENQUIRY IT WAS SAID THAT MR VITHAL OR JAVED WAS THE MECHANIC WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK AFTER THE WORK. ON THE ONSET OF THE SUMMER THE BANK IS FACING DRINKING WATER PROBLEM FOR THE STAFF AS WELL AS ALL OF OUR ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS. HOPE THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED & THE CONCERNED STAFF @ UR AURANGABAD CENTRE BE MORE PROACTIVE & COURTEAOUS TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINTS Was this information helpful? | |
