[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Service center people not responding.

We had a Aqua Guard water purifier from Eureka forbes in our home. We purchased it two years before.
Now we had some problem with it and we are trying to contact the service cnter people from two weeks.
I have tried all the numbers given for servicing, some are not working and some are not responding.
Always it is giving number busy or nobody is answering the phone.
Last week after many trials one person lifted the phone, and he said he will send somebody. But no one has came to my home so far.

I HAD PURCHASED AG.SENSAUNIT WOTTH RS 17900 FROM A-29, NIRALA NAGAR FROM MR KAILASH CHANDRA GOEL. HE HAD ALSO GIVEN ME A SPECIAL OFFER FOR LIFE TIME FREE SERVICE IN WRITING AND PROVIDED CELL NO OF MR AJAY AT LUCKNOW FOR THE SAME.NOW FROM LAST TWO MONTHS MY SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, IHAD INFORMED OR RATHER WRITTEN COMPLAINTS AT LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE, AND NUMEROUS CALLS TO MR AJAY BUT OF NO AVAIL.
IT IS THEREFORE REQUESTED KINDLY LOOK THIS COMPLAINT AND EXPEDITE.

Eureka Forbes — service people not responding

I have purchased eureka forbes from one of there center from gangtok sikki and now there is problem with the eureka forbes aqua guard i.e the candle of the same is jammed and after calling them more than hundred times and lodging the complaint with even customer care center the same has not been recitfied yet. it has been more than two months till date no one has responded. when called now they are straight way avoiding. if this is the case then why are they so eager to sell the same. this is the service they are providing my contact details are as follows prerna rai lecturer CCCt polytechnic college chisopani sikkim. email id is [protected]@yahoo.com

I am also facing the same service problem for more than 3 months. My advice to all who wish to purchace water purifier please forget that there exists a company which boasts to the best customer care company " Eureka Forbes" -seshu
Hi Sir,

we bought aqua guard "reviva" three months back, after a month the body of the purifier got crack, I have contacted customer care several times, once the person named 'sivareddy' came and he has sen the condtion of the purifer and he has given his manager's number 'Krishna' and he has left, i keep on contacting both of them, they are telling that will take time to get the body part.
i am trying for the resolution from 2 months, but i am not getting the resolution, c.c people are telling that they will send the person, and simply they are closing the old request and creating a new request always, then what is the use of creating old request.
Please provide me resolution for my problem ASAP.

I purchase the compect modle in feb.2010.But nowdayes m/c not work properly we are complain at call center many time .First time on 06/05/011 exucative saya that poblem shortout today .
After that weare callin more than 8 to 10 time .But no result any body no contect with us.
plz take nasscesory action immidate. Other wise i am go to court...as you like

I expected delays in every thing that one would like to get done in India. Adqua Sures garunties with in 24 hours service but I have been calling( That is there Help Line) for some one to come and service my one month old machine that makes perfectly clean well water smelling fishy. It has been almost three weeks of every day calling. They promise to send the service person with a day or so. I have not seen one till today. I am new in the country and don't know where to go to complain in person. In US we have consumer Help Department. There is also TV CH and program is called 7 on your side. If only I could find an organization to contact and have them teach The Service Department to do their job. It is a shame that they falsely advertise a prompt service. In reality; there is none. Shame on the CEO of the co. I am really mad. Any one who knows a better way to reach out to them please let me know. My complain # with Service Center is 85942009.

Aqua guide services — Service man not sent for aquaguard services for over a month

The mentioned name is of Annual Maintenance Contract dealers of Eureka Forbes water purifiers located at Alak Nanda, 102, 1st Floor, Near Gaiety Galaxy theatre, Bandra (W) Mumbi - 400 050. Inspite of continuous follow ups with the contact person Mr Amit Rai (Ph no [protected]) for over a month no one has been sent to service the water purifier at my home. The person now doesnt receive calls from my number since he has probably saved it.
Request you to take suitable action against the same at the earliest since this is causing servere inconvenience. I have already paid him Rs 2500 for various spare parts and AMC charges till now.

I just want to ask where to complaint for the eureka service center employees. They are such an uneducated people dont knw how to talk to customers and dont even respond to them. moreover they make their own style we will send and they never send from past one month i'm listening the same thing.

Whenever i call they will give a new no tpo call they will tell the same stories oncd gain but we are not getting the service as reauired

I WANT TO ASK, IS THIS THE WAY OF WORKING OF AQUAGUARD, WHICH IS SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY, and Icon in the name of Water Purifiers?

I bought RO system ( Invoice no [protected]) on 27.th august and its 5 moth passed. I haven't received my first service even after Reminding the Mysore service centre for last 3 weeks. I have talked with the servicecentre But all they are giving me is just a lolipop. I never thought a brand like Eureka Forbes will give me such a cheap after sales service. Kindly provide me service on time or TAKE BACK YOUR RO SYSTEM

i have purchased eureka forbes water purifier in the month of april 2014 .now recently experiencing leakage issues.i called up the customer care and the person who first came to introduce about the machine.i almost called 4days they showed hardly ny sort of response.everytime you call them they start giving excuses.such pathetic service by kannur office.if you cant manage such issues of customer then why do you open a branch for name sake.
Eureka forbes aquaguard filter is good. But the service they are providing that's the worst service experience i ever had .especially kannur thana.every 2 years I m renewing my AMC .But for the service they will attend only after a several times of calling. And this time I called 6 to 7 times in a month. Till now they didn't attend.
