Pathetic service after sales

Eureka Forbes Aqua guard folks are real stupid. Ones they sale product they are done with their job. Customer has to go here and there to get the service. Their service franchisees are real !!!.
I have purchased Water Purified last year in the month of July 2007 which includes two free services. including changing of carbon and Candle-Filter.
I have received first service after 10 months. They replaced carbon at that time. As per the warranty I supposed to get second service which I have not received and the folk ask me to sign the 1 year contract which I refuse and he went away. They have not provided second service which is free in warranty.
Is this hell of Eureka Forbes service world!!!
Is there any one who can help?

Dear sir,

We have installed an Aqua Guard water filter a few yrs ago. We have also taken an annual contact scheme.

We had been out of Mumbai for 3 months.When we came back we saw that the pipe from the carbon to the outlet part is broken and water flows through the broken part but not through the outlet.

Immediately we called the service people. Though they answered each time gave different phone Nos and nobody came to attend it until today.

The annual contact is in my son`s name Mr. Narendran Padyath.We are two senior citizens who cannot run abt for getting it repaired.We are totoally disappointed by the service of these people where there is no responsible person

Water Purifier (Aquaguard) — Non hearings regarding servicing

I contacted many times to indore office regarding servicing of aquaguard but no response from the local person here at "saphire house-Indore" Please help and instruct to attend the call.

Nearly I have spent one month and wasting lot of calls and time. Till now this service fellows did not turn up. Cheating is the way of earning money in the name of AMC by service fellows. I did a mistake by making more than 10 of my relatives/friends to buy this product. Can't any body drag them to court.
I have eureka Forbes Aquaguard for the last few years in Delhi.I regularly renew my AMC & things were fine. But now the Service centre is changed & it is hardly 10mts walking distance from my house. since August28th '08 I have lodged a complaint to the Service Centre & ur Helpline Service that water is leaking from the machine but nobody has come to rectify the problem.I am sure u are aware that water is precious & every drop counts.I have made numerous calls & everyday I am promised they will be there after lunch--but till now no one has come. All they are interested is in collecting customer's money in the name of AMC but do no service. At this rate u will soon loose all ur customers as there are more water purifier companies offering better services!!

Eureka Forbs/Aquaguard-Nova — Attendance of service

ON REPEATED CALLS TO PERSONAL CELL OF MR. RAJEEV JHA [protected]. DID NOT ATTEND IN TIME. NEXT ON REMINDERS LASTLY EVEN WHEN CAME HAD TO REPORT TO CENTER. THIS TIME D SERVICE CENTER PHONE NO EITHER NOT WORKING OR CHANGED.SO AM UNABLE TO CONTACT. BESIDES MR. RAJEEV SAID ONLY THROUGH CENTER HE WILL COME.
ANYWAY I HAVE SOME PROBLEM SINCE THE BEGNING FLOW OF WATER IS SO SLOW THAT IT TAKES 2-3 MINITES FOR FILLING A BOTTLE, FOR THIS TILL IT NEVER GOT SOLVED BUT NOR A COMPITENT SERVICEMAN EVVER ATTAIND. NOW IN THIS PRESENT STATE ( EVEN AFTER CLEANING ) ITS GIVING A BIP SIGNAL DURING USE. GIVE A SUGGESTION WHAT SHALL BE DONE.

Eureka Forbes / Aqua guard - Nova — Cheating by the franchisee

My aquaguard candle & carbon block were due for replacement and I called the franchisee (Mr. Soumen Banerjee, Bandel, West Bengal, Phone no.[protected] located at our nearest place . His person undertook the job on 23.08.2008, collected money (Rs. 905/- i.e. 305+350+250 as service charge) and handed over to my aged father just one unsigned " activity report", but he got my father's sign thereon! I was not present. When I came home and got to know the whole matter, tried to contact that franchisee, they began "blackmailing" me telling that unless I agreed for annual service contract, I would get no bill. After 3 days of pursuit, they informed - if they come in this area in future, then only they will handover the bill to me. Now I am doubtful whether the franchisee has supplied the original spares. May I ask M/s Aquaguard, how they approve these cheaters as their franchisee ?

Eureka Forbes-Aquaguard — NO SERVICE SUPPORT

The Aqua Guard Water purifier is not functioning properly.
Complaint lodged on 15.10.2008 & complaint no. is
52082510. Thereafter we have called 4 times but till now
no body has responded. Itz now 13 days since we have
complained. The Marketing is good but lacks in customer

I am fully in agreement with your views. I too am a regular customer of Eureka Forbes water filter and was being serviced by M/s Viraj Enterprises of Tagore Garden, new Delhi. I did not want to continue with my AMC but they insisted and gave in. They are supposed to give two services but when I said that I do not want to continue with the AMC any further the man walked away without doing the second service. Thereafter when I renewed they did change the candle and carbon but the instrument has not been functioning properly. Despite repeated complaints the men do no come and I am not getting any water from it. Eureka service has gone down the drain.
I have a request to be made, that my aqua guard's candles not functioning due to which aqua guard seems to be not functioning at all since a year ago, kindly send a person to check and repair.

Eureka Forbes — Stupid service

I enterede into an AMC - Annual Maintenance Contract for my Home water purifier Aquaguard 2000, on 10 th October 2007, AG96B 14477245 and paid the reqd fees. I was supposed to receive two complete service free with free replacement of defective parts. After completing the first service satisfactorily, I was waiting for the second one. Till end of August 2008, no one turned up. The telephone no. given by the company for service complaints was in most of the times busy. When complained on 2o/21 September, I was given a complaint No. SU 2306. A service person came on 23 rd September but did not carry out the free service completely. He informed me that a metal cover is to be changed, which spare is not available then and assured me that he will come and replace the same and complete the service before 9 th October 2008. He did not even clean or change the water filter.
Totally beleiving the incompetent service man, I waited till 9 th October and on the same day again made a complaint, as no one turned up. Two service persons came up and I explained what had happened so far. Both of them repeated the storey of the part being not available then and assured me that the part is expected in a week and as soon as it is available at their stores they would come and do the replacement and service free. Again on 12 th October another two service persons turned up and I was happy that they had come to replace the part. But it turned out to be another hoax. They heard my complaint and repeated the storey of non availability of the metal
cover and promised to come in TEN days time!!. I made several calls later but with no response. When I contacted the service centre on phone, on 15/16 Octr.2008, I was bluntly told that the AMC has expired and I have to pay for any service!! I tried to talk to the service manager, and as he was not available gave the details to the person attending the call, who promised to pass on the information. Till today no one has come from the irresponsible service centre. I had intention of renewing the AMC but after this most bitter disservice I received I have no intention of renewing the AMC.

I caution all the users of Eureka appliances to go go for a better serviced brand of appliance and not rely on the lousy stupid service of Eureka forbes. For those who wan t to purchase a water purifier I strongly recommend to go for any other brand than Eurekaforbes.

In fact the era of push selling by the salesman and the targetgiven to them to only sale the product. Day by day this particular company is reducing their after sales service team in order to increase their bottom line.

The things have gone to that extent that even if the service centre exists and the person come by, they keep telling, Sir, this machine has become very old and unservicable, and hence we are recomending to replace it with a new one. We have got a very good offer for replacement. This has happened with me. I did not agree and I got it repaired with a roadside mechanic and still it is working fine.

I think there should be a complete mass boycott of this company. And this massage should be spread as far as possible in order to teach them a lesson as well as preventing others to become victim of such ridiculous company.

eureka forbes AMC at mumbai — no follow up and refusal to come

I have an AMC of my aquaguard from Eureka forbes which i had taken from New Aqua Gold enterprises in Mumbai. they assured us that they will come for a checkup when called or at least once every 3 months. My complaint is that despite calling them at least 10-15 times they have refused to come and last time they said that the AMC is no longer valid in colaba area. this is unbelieavable. the phone no of the AMc persons are [protected] and [protected]. Can anyone do anything

Eureka Forbes — Eureka Forbes delivered me a broken Aqua guard booster.

I bought a new Aqua Guard Booster model from Eureka Forbes agent (Mr.Ramesh). The piece was delivered on 13/05/09 at 12 noon. Instillation was made the same day at 3pm. He started his demo and the power went off, so the service person said, as the instillation is complete, he will come in the evening to give a demo. After he left the place the Aqua Guard started leaking. I called up the service person (Mr.Srinivas) to tell him the same. He came back at 8pm and after half an hour of work on the Aqua guard, he told that the piece delivered to me is Faulty i.e. the filter shell is broken. He asked me to contact the sales agent who sold me the piece (Mr.Ramesh), Mr.Ramesh agreed that the piece was faulty and he will replace it the next morning(14/05/2009). Next morning when I call Mr.Ramesh, he started saying that he has no right to replace the piece and if I want a replacement I should contact Mr.Sudhaker (Area manager). Mr.Sudhaker gave me the same reply that he too has no right to replace the piece and only Mr. Ravi (Manager) has the right to do so. Mr. Ravi didn’t lift his phone even though is tried his phone for 1 hour (phone no :). So I sent an E-Mail to Info-------- . In the evening of 14/05/09 I got a call from Mr. Sai kumar (also area manager). Who said that he will see to it that the problem is rectified by tomorrow (15/05/2009) 11am . I waited till 12 noon on 15/05/2009 thinking someone will turn up to correct the problem only to realize that I am cheated once more. Then I called the service center to enquire about the service person, who was expected to drop at my place to correct the problem. I took the phone no of that service person and requested him to come to my place to which he obliged and turned up at 1pm and told me the same thing which the other service person on first day told i.e. the carbon filter shell is broken it needs replacement. Then I asked him to replace the product, to which he gave me one more phone no. this time of Mr. Sharavan kumar (who was not ready to disclose his position in the organization) tried to convince me that one more service person will come to have a look at the Aqua Guard and find out what is wrong with it. He also told me that the service person has already started for my place in the morning itself and he will be there at my place any moment now. To my question he replied that this service person will also see what the problem is, and will not be able to correct the problem. I understood that my place is being used as training center. He also advised me to call Mr. Ravi. So I called Mr. Ravi from my phone 10 times and every time he disconnected. I requested the service person standing beside me(the person who turned up 1 pm) to call Mr. Ravi’s no. to my surprise, Mr. Ravi picked the phone the very first time.he talked with the service person and when I wanted to talk he just disconnected. It 6pm on 15/05/09 and I am still waiting for the service person who started for my house in the morning of 15/5/09 to reach my home safely and repair my brand new Aqua Guard Booster.
We had a Aqua Guard water purifier from Eureka forbes in our home. We purchased it 2 and a half years before. Sales person name "Ghanshyam Patil" was very nice before installation but when it was instlled he suddendly stopped picking up the call...and then gave us excuse that his area has been changed so we need to contact some one else...
No one even called for after sales service which included candle change...We only took initiative to do so...then one person came with the name Anil and he told us to buy a contract of 1 year in which 2 times they will change the candle in a year...but no one came in that 1 year to change it... After waiting for them i called up Eureka Forbes office in aundh and told that lady abt that she sid she has raised a request and some one will come that same day in evening to change candle as my contract will expire on 25th May 09, , , , , but no one came and its more than 1 week and my contract has also expired


Good knows whats wrong with these people...

Eureka Forbes Water Purification System — Taking money for one year service but no service

I am tired of Eureka Forbes. I purchased one water purification system from Eureka Forbes. After completion of company provided free servicing, I paid money for one year service. But after taking money nobody came to my door again for last one year. What a CHEATING by Eukreka Forbes !!!

AquaGuard — Salesperson not responding for fitting the Aquaguard

I purchased one Aquaguard through the salespersan name called Manjesh. From last 17days they were playing not comingf to my house to fit it. I am already frostrated with this aquaguard. They were always telling lie .
