Sir,
I regret to bring it to your kind notice that despite advance taken on 20.04.2013 ( Copy of receipt attached ) , RO+ has not yet been installed .
The tel.nos.of RAKESH SINGH is found mostly switched off & he does not attend to call if connected.
I have made the facts known to Mr O. P. Tiwari - a RO+ user & my colleague - & Financial Adviser in UPRTOU Allahabad who has intimated the facts to Sri Rajesh Mishra , Dy Divisional Manager Manager-Sales Allahabad at [protected].
Please get my money refunded because if installation itself is so problematic, how can one expect good serves from your such staff.

Sir,
-I have also not been provided free services .I was provided with a loose outlet tap which was damaged in 7 months in April 2013 (First week) which is neither being replaced nor repaired nor even supplied on payments despite facts being in the knowledge of local Higher-ups of the firm .

Mr Mukesh Srivastava [protected] came in April 2013 ( 3 or 4 April) when matter reported to Sri Rajesh Mishra , Dy Divisional Manager Manager-Sales Allahabad BUT THE PITY IS THIS THAT I HAVE TO DRAW WATER FROM RO+ TOP after displacing the top.THE OUTLET TAP COULD NOT BE REPLACED DURING WARRANTY EVEN AFTER A LAPSE OF 5 WEEKS TIME SINCE REPORTING OF DEFECTS.
