Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

Aquagaurd Total RO smart — Poor Service

I bought AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO SMART from Eureka Forbes in 12 Aug, 2007. In 10 july, 2008, the product gave me some problem and when i registered a complaint, the Service Engineer came and cleaned clarity cartridge. It was working for one week and after that it was dead due to electric cable damage & filter chocked from last 18 days.

I MADE A PAYMENT OF RS 8600/- TO EUREKA FORBES LTD TOWARDS PURCHASE OF ONE WATER PURIFIER - AQUAGUARD TOTAL NOVA UNDER EXCHANGE SCHEME ON 19.07.2008. TILL DATE, INVOICE AND GUARANTEE CARD IS NOT ISSUED BY THE COMPANY EVEN AFTER ALMOST DAILY PHONES TO THE REPRESENTATIVE AND DIVISION SALES OFFICE, PANCHKULA.

THEY ARE NOT ATTENDING ANY COMPLAINT ALSO.

I HAVE DONE A GREAT MISTAKE BY BUYING A PRODUCT OF EUREKA FORBES, WHO ARE TOTALLY DEPENDENT ON THEIR DOOR TO DOOR SALESMEN.

i have purchased Aquaguard Nova in 2005. it worked well for the period of two years. but later it started showing some problems regarding the circuit, water blockage.
i do have a contract with the company every year.
and the cutomer service engineer use to come and solve the problems. Recently the custoer service at dombivli(east) thane,
are not doing the service their best. from last one week none of the service engineer visited at my house to re pair the aquaguard nova. Now the phone is always busy every time when i call.

what i think about aquaguard services, they all are doing false commitment...they are cheater..After so many complaints they are not attending any complaints.

Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Gold — Defective equipment

I purchased Aquqguard Gold at Indore on[protected] after paying through credi card, at acost of Rs 9550/-. They have not given the bill/ guarantee card so far, despite several reminders . The equpment is also faulty, leaking which has been attended to by the unsuccessfully twice. Now after interference, the water is also not pure, as some coloured sediments (dissolvable ) are observed after some time. I have been requesting to change the set or the model itself, if it is not able to provide the desired filteration.

I purchased a Forbes Aquaflo Designa from M/s Thanuja Enterprise,
Secunderabad, on 18/08/2003. Which is now under service contract
with Eureka Forbes from 29/12/2007 to 28/12/2009 vide Contract
Receipt No:AG 96B 14754570.

It's about three months, since I'm complaining about the Non-functioning
of my water filter to the local Forbes office near Barkatpura and to
the others they referred me to do so... All my efforts to get my water
filter repaired are in vain as no one responds properly.I HAVE BEEN RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST to have my water filter repaired.

THERE IS NO RESPONSIBLE PERSON TO ATTEND TO CUSTOMER
COMPLAINTS !

One service person appeared at my residence about a fortnight ago, after
repeated entreaties, he inspected the water filter and found some parts
need to be replaced.He promised to return with the replacement parts
the next day and has vanished ever since.There after we have no news
about what happened to the promised service.

I agree with this note. Same is the case with me. There is no one from the company who has come for the servicing of the product. I have made more than 20 calls on the helpline number. They just make me jump from one number to the other and from one centre to the other. I am thinking of approaching the consumer forum now...
I too have experienced the same. Inspite of n numbers of calls on helpline no one turned up it almost 2 months now.

ALTHOUGH I HAVE MADE ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT WITH EUREKA FORBES'S ROURKELA BRANCH, ORISSA, THEY ARE NOT GIVING SERVICE FOR THE AQUAGUARD I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM.

I HAD PURCHASED ONE NO. RO AQUAGAURD WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER WITH MODEL NAME AQUAGUARD TOTAL, SMART ON 16/01/08 FROM AUTH. FRANCHAISE M/S EUROSTAR ENT., RAIBARELI VIDE ORDER NO.030 FOR TOTAL VALUE OF RS.9150/- AGAINST EXCHANGE OFFER.
THE FILTER STARTED HAVING COMPLAINT OF VERY LESS OUTLET FROM JUNE' 08, THE COMPLAINT WAS MADE TO M/S EUROSTAR, WHO AFTER MANY REMINDERS TURNED UP AND TOLD IT REQUIRED SERVICING. ON 16/08/08 THEIR SERVICE PERSON SERVICED AND CHARGED RS.540/-. IT WORKED WELL FOR ONE MONTH AND FROM OCT'2008 FIRST WEEK AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM OF VERY LESS OUTPUT APPEARED.MATTER WAS TOLD TO DEALER BUT THEIR WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE. AFTER MANY REMINDERS ONE MR. DILIP PATEL TURNED UP ON 24/12/08 AND ASSURED THAT THEIR PERSON SHALL COME ON 25/12/08 AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM, BUT NOBODY TURNED UP TILL NOW. THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE EXACT PROBLEM AND I FEEL THEY ARE WAITING FOR ONE YEAR WARRANTY TO BE EXPIRED BY 13/01/09.
MY HOLE FAMILY IS SUFFERING, MY CHILDREN GETTING STOMACH PROBELMS AS WE ARE FORCED TO DRIND TAP WATER.
I REPENT HAVING PURCHASED THIS COMPANY GOODS. KINDLY HELP ME IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM
I have aqua flow water purifier purchased 8 months back, installation was not proper
after 6 month it require service, no of times i called and requested costumer care
but no one is came for service now if i will not gate service within a week of time
i will go to consumer court, i am having recorded data of complaind launch.

I am suffering. These guys just don't listen to your plight. They will definitely come to yu after one year for minting money called amc.
Can some one let me know, what level we need to interact to get the things moving. I believe not Ratan Tata ( understand it is a tata group company)...

Eureka Forbes — Service Request Not Processed

2.5years back i have purchased a Aquaguard water purifier from Eureka Forbes at 1st year the servie was free which has been take care of.
After a year i had been asked to take 3year contract with Eureka Forbes for visit every quarter cleaniness & maintainence, the 1st day while taking contract was very well managed but since last 1.5years the technician only come for two time that is with rigrous follow-up & had just came seen the flow of water & left, when as ked to clean the aquaguard with the solution liquid provided he refused to do that with reason that it is not been required. when asked to change baby filter which has been colered brown from white & badly torn we had been given a reason that "stock of baby filter in the company is over, will do that when it arrives" since then we are using same baby filter.
Monday 2nd Feb 2009 i raised a service request complain & has been informed that technician will visit in two working days, since then till today 6th Feb 2009 i am waiting for same. this doest not happened one but since last 1.5years.
i request the attention of consumer forum to kindly look in to this matter taking this as hygine factor for my family.

Eureka Forbes — non-honoring of service contract

I have a service contract for the water purifier which after repeated reminders has not been fully honored.Since December 2008 when the last servicing was due I have repeatedly sent reminders but till date nobody has come for the maintenance.I am disappointing that a company of your stature has such poor service.

Extremely poor service.Instead of repeated complaints no action has been taken pertaining to high press cleaner model no CT-120 XT, brought to the concerning authorised service station central engg cor .sitabuldi, NGP440012 and complaint registered online with you bearing no 453f8 has still remained unattended annoyed with such lakadaisical attitude adopted by you towards customer's complaint.Now this time we are hoping you taking the action immediately and redressal of our grievence at the earliest.
