Dear All, Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. Eureka Forbes Ltd / E C Turbo Vacum Cleaner — non delivery of product
i have purchased a eureka forbes make v. cleaner model no e.c.turbo @rs; 3990/- on18.12.2008.the gss'name is mr krishna jadhav. code no 90020852. i have been assured by the gss that this model is adequate to clean the cut hair from the parlour.i have used the machine only once, may be for a minute, the machine stopped working.he was informed many times and finally collected the machine from my shop on 03.02.2009.today he had offered another m/c of different model which appears to be a very old & used m/c stating that the earlier m/c sold to me connot clean hair.he should return my m/cat the earliest.please help.the invoice no is 039472.
is thear any way to punnish such errant sales reps ; ?????????
they are cheaters, specially the representatives dealing customers are 100% liers. very bad service in spite of several reminders no body from eureka bothers to solve the problem.

I have relocated from HYD to Nagpur some 30 km away from nagpur but when contacted for re installation of my Aqua guard i-nova the dealer/distributor no body responding even contacted the company several time its of no Use.Eureka Forbes — NON REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS OF THE WATER FILTER UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
DearI am highly disappointed to see the poor & dull response regarding the customer complaint. I would like to draw your kind attention the few events of the last 10 days.
- I purchased the AQUAGAURD TOTAL NOVA GOLD FROM YOUR Panipat
(Haryana) franchise on 12.06.08.
- As the date of purchase indicate the product is still under one yr of warranty.
- On 18.03.09 I lodged the complaint of non working of button of filter to franchise of Panipat on phone no [protected]. The service representative visited the home and repaired the button form inside the panel. On asking the replacement of defective button, he told he has not the fresh one you informed on customer confidence number.
- On 21.04.09 I contacted on phone no[protected], the contact person collected my complete details & told me that he will revert back to resolve the problem.
It seems that you people are waiting for the expiry of warranty .
The complete story clearly indicate that there is no customer care and no customer confidence center exist and merely a sort of advertisement of you products is done. Poor developed website and poor customer care will not develop any confidence amongst the customers.

Eureka Forbes — NOT ATTENDING FOR INSTALLATION
I have recently been shifted to my new location and made a service call for installing my i-Nova machine through service request no. [protected] dated 5 May 2009. Till today nobody from the company bothered to attend for installing the machine, even after pursuing with them number of times through their call centre number 39883333. Today also I have spoken just now at their call centre no. with a person named Mr.Sudip, who again assured me that I will receive a call on Monday next, i.e. 11 May 2009 for this service. 5 days have passed by to just provide a service to a customer. The company should be ashamed of the so called customer service they are promising and ultimately making them fully unhappy and dissatisfied customer by not providing the service.I just don't understand of how companies like EUREKA FORBES fooling their customer !!!
My Water Purifier INTEGRA is under AMC. There is no one in Eureka forbes to listen to customer'scomplaint. everytime they ensure but they dont fulfill commitments. I have been complaining for my integra for a long time now(Since March) only once they vistied but without tools and tdi in water was much much less than it required i.e. 13 and he said he will come and see it tomorrow(which was a month ago) and never turned up. After that we made complaint to customer care but she promised to take care of and upon my insistance she said there is no complaint number, my mobile phone number is only the complaint number. again and again we are calling them but they are not sending any person to set right the equipment which i bought at a cost of more than 25000/- If there is anybody who can listen, please do it and dont force customer to take further steps.

I have given a vaccum cleaner for service (Chennai, Anna Nagar) vide service recipt no 31711 Dt 08.05.2009.In spite of repeated request they have not touched my machine.People in the office say that service staff have not turned up for the last one week.They gave service engineer mob no [protected] which was switched off.
Yes Eureka Forbes becomes one of the werst and Frod company. Pls lets not to buy any thing from those guys, , They are one of the west service in the world..

I strongly recommend to all customers in India not to buy any products of Eureka Forbes Ltd and their service committment is zero level and I can say it is worst . I did a mistake in buying Eureka Forbes water purifier by paying Rs. 22, 000/-.

I HAVE BOUGHT AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO 07 MONTHS BACK FROM EUREKA FORBES FROM MADURAI OFFICE IN INDIA. I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT 0N 25 FEB 2009 VIDE COMPLAINT NUMBER [protected] DATED 25 FEB 09. AFTER THREE DAYS ON 28 FEB A SERVICE ENGINEER ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT BUT NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEM.STILL MY AQUAGUARD RO UNIT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. MANY TIMES I HAVE CONTACTED MADURAI EUREKA FORBES OFFICE, MUMBAI OFFICE AND LOCAL SERVICE CEHTRE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE UNIT AS IT IS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT NO ONE HAS GIVEN ME A PROPER SOLUTION TO MY COMPLAINT. THEY SAID THAT SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT HAVING SPARE PARTS TO REPLACE. TILL THAT TIME WE HAVE TO SUFFER WITHOUT SAFE DRINKING WATER AND BUY WATER CANS WHICH ARE NOT AS SAFE AS THIS WATER. MY CUSTOMER ID IS [protected]. MY REQUEST TO THE EUREKA FORBES IS TO REPLACE THE UNIT NEW ONE IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE RETURN MY MONEY WITH INTREST.
