Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I have purchase EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER SOME 7. DAYS BACK VIDE RECEIPT NO: 032910, IN FAVOUR OF K.GUMANMAL FROM G.MANOGARAN [protected] AND R.LOGANATHAN [protected] ( CHENNAI T. NAGAR BRANCH), BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FULL EQUIPMENT,
I HAVE CALLED EVERY DAY MORE THAN 25 TO 30 TIMES BUT BOTH THE STUPID ARE NOT RESPONDING OUR CALL.

I strongly recommend to all customers in India not to buy any products of Eureka Forbes Ltd and their service committment is zero level and I can say it is worst . I did a mistake in buying Eureka Forbes water purify.

I request the news media to highlight this in the news media and educate the customers about the wrong impression created by Eureka Forbes saying that their product is the best one in the market. This is an utter false claim and impression created by the company.

Eureka Forbes — No Service as per service contract

I paid RS 900 for a service contract(Receipt No[protected] from 09-07-08 to 09-07-09 for four services of the Water purifier by Eureka Forbes. Till date they have not provided even one service and despite calling them for the last two days, requesting urgetn service, there is no response other then asking me to call at different numbers in Goregaon and Andheri. They just want to harass and dupe customers of their money. I have called[protected] as the number given by the company which then directed me to call[protected] who then directed me to 67611811. I have called all three numbers at least thrice and still there is no response.

There service is really worst. I have given complain and received the request no[protected] on 13.06.09. I requested for sending the person on weekend, but no one has come on weekends. On further enquiry, I come to know that the request no. given to me was manual one and not entered into system at all and not forwarded for further processing. I have again lodge the request on Sunday and the talk with senior customer care officer and he assured to get the problem resolved by Monday. On Monday, I again contacted customer care and thereafter only they transferred my request to service department. Service department has assured me to provide service till Tuesday with the reason that because they received the request late in the evening it is not possible for them to send anyone on Monday.I further talked on tuesday and the service department has confirmed that the person will come on Tuesday but no one has come on Tuesday also. It is almost 10 days that my Eureka water purifier is not working but it is not yet get resolved. It is still in warranty period and no body from Eureka is taking care for the same. I have full details of the same alongwith name of the concerned executives.

Such kind o[censored]seless service in the metropolitan like Bombay reflects that Eureka has now forget the business principal of quality service and thinking that they are most popular brand so people will buy there product only even if they will not provide the service. I will not recommend anyone to buy Eureka Products.

BAD QUALITY SERVER FOR EUREKA FORBES WATER PURIFIER

Dear Friends,

Just wanted to share my experience with this so called good company in water purifier business. I had a complaint on Monday-29-Jun morning 9am for my water purifier which has stopped delivering water. Today 30-jun (end of day), no one has attended. In between I have 5 times phone to call center, every time same lousy standard response we are escalating the issue, but no one turning up . To add my frustration the same purifier was attended by service engineer a month before . YOU KNOW QUALITY OF THIS SERVICE.

I would prefer to give my complaint number, but not sure if they can track and teach me lesson by not servicing. FYI this comes under Bangalore service.

I wish they demonstrate same eagerness as they do sign an AMC.

WOKE UP EUREKA, IT IS GOOD Unilever, PHILLIPS are coming to this business. Good for us and bad for you

Thought to share here, as it may help other customer who may be comparing between products befoire buying it.
horrible in handling the sale. i booked a vaccuum cleaner through the agent at door step. he took the cheque on 21st june saying scheme closing in june and that vaccuum cleaner will be delivered the next day. till date no sign. the cheque has been encashed by the the company on 24th. and the vacuum cleaner is yet to come from pune.

I agree that the customer service of Eureka Forbes is really poor, its NOT ONLY THE SERIVES BUT THE PRODUCT QUALITY IS POOR.. A new RO I bought is goivng bitter water..and the water leaks all the time..the eureka forbes does not attend the call..
i have a water filter disigna bought last octber. Initialy it required lot of visits to ensure that it works properly. It was working intermitently. The fault was diagonised as LED fault and was replaced after many complaints and visit by the technitians. After that the rep came to service it about 2 weeks ago. since then it has stopped working. I have called a number of times but the only reply i get from their call centre is that we will escalate the the complaint. But no action is taken or even the coutrsy to call up and ask the problem. their rep visited once and said the LED is faulty and he will replace it but there is no news of him. my calls to him are not picked or answered. My registered complaint nos are 80964444 and 81567997. i will recommend no body buys this product from eurka forbes.

Reviera Model Water Filter / Eureka Forbes — Not getting purity upto 70 as recommened by Eureka Forbes

Dear Sir,

I am working in public sector company, Rajahmundry. I purchase a water filter 3 years(approx) back. The details of filter is as follows :

MAKE : EUREKA FORBES, MODEL : REVIERA COST : Rs.12500/- (approx)

After I purchased the filter, I changed once the filters and it was working very well and the purity also was getting around 60 - 70. At the time of 2nd for changing the filter, your representative could not bring the water purity upto 70 approx. It is coming around 180. They could not rectify this problem for the past 4 - 5 months approx. Because of this I could not pay the AMC money (Rs.3600/- ) also. My Reviera machine is lying idle for the past 4 - 5 months and the whole investment (Rs.12500/- approx.) is going waste.

Please rectify the problem or you may please refund the machine cost (Rs.12, 500/-) immediately, as it is not useful without proper filter of water.

Your immediate reply will be appreciable.

Eureka Forbes — my ro water purifier is not working and no service is provided by the company ..

sir, i have bought an eureka RO water purifier lat month and due to some reasons it is not working ... i lodged a complaint and that day the serviceman came and told that the adaptor is not working and will replace that by evening as he is currently not having that ... and opened the whole RO and told he is coming in an hour to replace that ... but still no action has been taken... two members of my family has got stomach infection due their stupid negligence ... i again lodged the complaint but no body answers ... plz do help

I had purchased Eureka forbes water purifier on October 2008. The sales person had committed a regular check up & carbon change in every six months free of cost for one year. Even after 9 month no one has turned up for the service. I had regisered a complaint with SR no 81552144 dated[protected]. The customer care assured me to get the carbon changed within 3 working days. No body visited my house in next six days. I again called up the customer care center. I was assured that within 24 hrs the problem will be attended. Again no one visited. While calling the customer care to get the customer service head no or email, they refused to give.

In this scenario, I am really frustrated. Neither I can escalate this matter, nor I can get my problems resolved.

Please suggest me. I had never seen such a pathetic after sales service from any company. I can only suggest my friends & colleagues not to be cheated by the Eureka forbes sales person.

I have a service contract from 29-07-08 to 28-07-09 in which according to the contract 2 Carbon & 1 candle has to be changed for the said year.
Today (Sunday 19th July) your technician who was supposed to be present here yesterday, came and said that all replacement has been carried out. Pl note that during the warranty period one candle and carbon had been changed, this was prior to the above dated contract. the technician left saying he will ckeck in the Office (TRIJA ENTERPRISES (CODE NO. 2848) authorized franchicee of Eureka Forbes) Mumbai
Pl note I have mentioned the same to your call center Executive today who has given me the Complain No.81586782, who assured me that within 2 hours someone will attend to do the needfull I am still waiting. I will appreciate the needful done within a weeks time-
i contacted eurekaforbes on 39883333 on 09/07/2009 for installation of aquaguard provided to me by my office for my personal use at my residance.
three personals have visited my residance but have done nothing except fixing the unit to wall.
twelve days have passed but without any responce. in the meentime i contacted 39883333 twice except giving assurances have done nothing.
i am forced to purchase packaged water @50/- per day for the last 12 days.

1 I purchased Eureka Forbes Vaccume cleaner few yrs back, Lately its Body reqd a change. Hence it was deposited with there service centre at # 3 /Sec 9 Panchkula. Their service engineer repaired it but its head where Vaccume hose is fitted does not fit easily, Now after repairs it has to be forced to be closed. When their service engineer was contacted he showed his inability to improve & there service center is now forcing the machine on me without any improvement.
2 I have reported the matter thru the Feed back but of NO USU. No response is forthcoming.
3 May I request the Management to INTERVENE & take necessary remedial action
4 The complaint was lodged on 17 julbut no response is forthcoming.
5 Would the Management wake up to my call & info me further course of action. The machine is still lying at PANCHKULA SERVICE CENTER.

Eureka Forbes — Not providing proper service by Samlex Engineers, ambala Cantt

i got my aquaguard service(i.e candle and carbon changed) frm Samlex Engineers, ambala cantt but the next day the the aquaguard is giving muddy water at its output. the same has been conveyed to the samlex engineers and they hv collected the sample of water and thr engg. wh visited my home also agreed tht water is muddy but now they are taking no action to recitfy the fault.i hv been calling frm the last 2 months and he has refused to rectify the fault. kindly see into the matter
I had bought a Aquaguard Reviva from Eureka forbes.The great mistake i had made in my life. I really agree with others complaints.I think it is better eureka forbes to wind up there unit rather than giving such a lowsy product to customer.one of the worlds worst service they have .they doesn't honour there commitment.

Eureka Forbes — NO/POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir,
We have amc contract with your company vide Customer no [protected] Contract receipt No[protected] dated 30.12.08. We have lodge a complain on 23.7.09 over telephone.Then after several reminder an engineer came and inspect the purifier and told the circuit board is bad and need to replace.On 31.07.09 he came with a very old circuit board.We asked him to install a new board then he told that this is company's policy.We have not accepted the old board. Sir please confirm that this the policy to change the new circuit board with an very very old one. otherwise we have to took necessary action.

We are drinkng unsafe water for a week. Hope you understand the problem and take necessary action.

in thane (MUM) but this people r jerks...
they pay no heed to complains...
v had contract of 1 year with "bushan service"
d guy came only once 2 change carbon...
and till date v r complaining...
they wer suppose 2 change carbon twice and replace candle..
am i going to get any resonse...????
