[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Customer care

Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

i agree to what you have said regarding the customer care. it is not customer care but customer scared. Very soon this company will become bankrupt and i wish it should be.
useless people beg to buy usless product and giving fake commitments.
my urge to all who wants to buy product from Eureka, please please please dont. there are much better proudcts are available with other brands and excellent service.

It is very correct that Eureka Forbes do not care properly as in past.
They are giving rubbish survice.

Eureka Forbes/Water purifier — Bad customer service

I own a Water purifier of the above Brand. The past 1 month, the product started being earratic.. We only lodged a complaint against a small issue where the Display light not working. I have a 2 yrs. AMC with Euerka which expires Aug next month. Initially while lodging a Complaint I was told that the complaint will be attended to against a service charge. I had to remind service attendant abt my AMC. Then there was no response for 4 days.. On repeated calls one Engineer attended but said that the PCB was bad and needs to be replaced. He agreed to come the next day at 11 am. Since me and my wife are working one o[censored]s had to stay home for this engg. to repair the product. But no one turned up.. Again on repeated complaints, Engg. was sent after 1 week.. The same engg. came but replaced the Transformer instead of the PCB...After all this the Machine was not working, again the Engg came back with a PCB after 2 days... Since we were not at home, made arrangements with a MAID at home... This engg turns up at 6 pm and replaced the PCB. We generally return home by 7.15 and hence requested the Engg to wait.. But he arrogantly said that he will not wait and that he does not require the acknowledgement of the work done. After we came back Home, we noticed that the Water Purifier is still not working... Furthermore the Engg. had done a shoddy job and now the Water leaks all over and hence the machine does not work at all. We have again lodged a complaint abt 4 days (complaint no.[protected] back, but no Engineer has turned up yet.. I have also sent a feedback to Euerka Forbes but there is no reponse from them either... I am putting all my details of the equipment for your kind ref. Request you to take up this matter and advise us further action.

We have done the annual monthly contract but nobody cares to come for maintenance.The candle had to be changed in Oct but until and unless we call them twice or thrice, nobody will come to do the needful.If some one falls ill after drinking the unfiltered water only because of them, then who would be responsible.Hope the my complaints get heeded as soon as possible.

I am an unfortunate purchaser of an Aquaguard INova from their Thrissur Office. The said Aquaguard is on service Contract. They don't respond to serivce request. No periodical service is being carried out. The behaviour of the person attending to phone calls is disgusting to say the least. Most of the time they keep the phone bell ringing without attending. They find sadistic pleasure in harassing customers. I regret the decision to purchase the machine which is only two years old and will be a total loss without their help.

This is very regretful to say that your company is providing worst service. I am from Lucknow. I have bought a RO water system of your company on[protected]. My Ro System has a problem of motor from last one week. My complaint nos. are 155 and 496. After lodging the complaint, any service person visited my home and checked my RO system. He told me that your motor is not working. we will have to change it under warranty, but till now they have not got the time to replace it. we requested your service center many times, but they replied us that staff is on leave and we are helpless. Today, Mr. Amit verma talked to me and assured me that it will be changed today definitely. he gave me complaint no. 496.

we are helpless that nobody is taking this matter seriously. we are taking water from 100 meters far from our house and sometimes we are buying mineral water from market. Now you tell me that is this the kind of service your company is providing? Even you have not provided any standby machine to us. From where we should take the water daily? If this type of situation happens with you, your M.D., G.M., Chairman, then how would you react?

This is very serious matter of harrasment and this is not my duty that I should go and take the service person and motor. I have done a very big mistake that I bought RO system of your company. If I had known about this type of service, I would have never taken your RO and in future I would never suggest anyone to buy your products.

If you don't solve my problem and do not take any step to change my motor or RO system within 24 hours of this message, then definitely I would have to take any legal action against your company.

Remember this matter is pending from last one week approx. and drinking water is a really very serious issue.

have been contacting Eureka Forbes help desk in mumbai since last 6 months for the service of raeplacing a button for my aqua guard nova water purifier which was broken by one ofthir me.n .. I am very much disapointed & surprised to note that a company of this stature can be a poor service provider. every time I am told that a person will do the needful within aday or two. srequest was some how lost in the system. When I contacted the help desk, . I got lots of false promises assuring me of the service within next 8 hours etc etc. but nothing has been done

Eureka Forbes / Storage water purifier 25 lit. — Functional Defects

I have purchased storage water purifire 25 lit. in july 09, up to till date i'm facing problem of water lekage due to floating valve not functioning properly as per company.
i have complained 3 times to the company, company technician also visited but they did nothing than saying that floating valve is defective & they don't have improved valve, whenever company supply to them, they will replace the existing valve, but can't replace equipment, they have not provided time period of replacing valve.

In bottom Container black & brown color dust also observed that is also shown to technician.

pls guide me further.

Eureka Forbes — New RO Plant installed not working

I bought Eureka Forbes RO - Aqua Pure on 29th Nov'09 from Bigbazaar, T Nagar, Chennai. It was installed on 2nd Dec'09, water out flow is in drops, installation person mentioned that it will be ok after use for couple of hours, it is not so, problem continues. I have compained to BigBazaar, Eureka Forbes Service but no body is turning up.
About the product, I dont have much complaint.

But regarding the service and the response from the customer care it is worst ever i had observed.

but my query is
registering our frustration here is indeed getting any benefit.
any way the blind eyes of those who sitting on the top chair of eureka forbes able to see it?

the website owners must try to highgilght this compalints in more higher media to wake up the sleeping eyes of top officials in the eureka forbes rather than let the company loss its creditability because of the stupid customer care [censored]s they had hired
i had bought one water purifier machine last yaer. one year passed no person has visited for service. Very Poor Service. My mother is suffering from jaundice due to dirty water . Who is responsbile
100% agreed.

I can share two expereines..

1. While renewal of service contract they will promise a heaven and then disappear. Even after lodging several reaquest, none of the executive turned up for service. Out of the 4 compliementary services we received none and the contarct is neraing to end.
2. We had a problem with the flow of water since the purchase. After couple of efforts we requested for a senior/more experieneced technician. We ended up having the same guy of no use.

I had purchased an AquaSure water filter on 28/1/08. After 7 months of purchase and constant use I was out of station for a month and didnt use my water filter. After returning back, before using my filter I called up the Eureka forbes service guy and he got my filter serviced. He changed the filter unit, and charged me 700 Rs/-. I would like you to ask that the for a commodity of 2000 Rs is it required to pay 700 Rs/- within a period of six months. Waiting eagerly for your reply.

I have one water filter of Eureka Forbes purchased in Neyveli. On my retirement I have now settled at Bangalore. I had requested one of the service personnel to service the unit. He did that by collecting a sum of Rs.970/ or so. Immediately after he left the unit is not working at all. My repeated phone calls to the service mechanic (always switched of) [protected]. The Service card provided by the mechanic does not provide the address of the office located in Bangalore. I really do not know whom I should contact. My repeated voic mails and messages that I will go to consumer forum have fallen to deaf ears. Very sorry state of affairs. I will never buy any product of Eureka Forbes in future and inform all my friends and others about the attitude of this company.
I have the same views. Investment a waste.
It seems the company shows interest only to "Sales", but no importance is given to "Service".
I do not want to renew AMC nor buying product anymore from this company in future.
I bought an Aquaguard RO Total Reviva water purifier one year ago. Now at the end the end of one year Mr RK Ganguly VIce President Customer Service has written a letter to me asking for Annual Service Contract. He is not aware of the fact the staffs working under him are not in his control. He is not aware of the fact that once a Eureka Forbes product is sold, a customer is forced to think of disposing it. He is not aware of the fact that Eureka Forbes have employed the most incompetent engineers and technicians. Mr Ganguly I have lot of sympathy for you for writing me so politely. This is the first time somebody from Eureka Forbes have so softly turned up. In this regard Mr Ganguly I can only say sorry to you from the bottom of my heart. The reason is if I respond to you positively definitely I will be taken for a ride by your stupid staffs. You are not aware how I suffered for one year with the water purifier. At present it can only be used as a dustbin the cost of which is Rs 10000/-. Now please do not ask me to spend Rs 1000/- more and get that dustbin repaired by your hopeless staffs.
I bought "Aquaguard Total RO" just 4 months back(Aug-2009). Since then it gave me trouble 3 times. Even now it is not functioning(not filtering no water at all). Eachtime i had to struggle a lot to get the service engineer on board. I had to call customer support everyday and explain the problem and give address again and again. Complaint system seems never work for them, hence you will never get the compliant number at the first time.

Every time they promise that the issue will be attend with in no time. But that will never happen.
I had to wait minimum of a week time. Even after a week a some engineer will turn up and will do the regular service, without understanding the problem. Though they promise they will send an experienced engineer that will never happen.

Since i cannot live without water i had to buy, min of one a water can per day.

Even you ask for the customer support manager during the call they will always say manager is not available. That means compliant system never work most of the times and manager also will not be there. Thus customer support engineer ensures that problem in contained at his level.

Even Urekaforbes website also doesn't carry any esclation numbers. If you know any please provide me.

I am really fedup with this service. I recommend to keep away from this company if you have minimum expectations.

My eurka water filter is not working from last 10 days. I made a complain in this regard to the customer care, Bokaro steel city- 827004 in this regard but no one has turned up for rectify the problem. I also requsted for the renewal of AMC after that no one has turn up for renewing the AMC. This is the condition of your service Agecy made for the service of customer. Kindly look into the matter & take suitbvle action against my complain & oblige.
I totally agree that after sale service of aqua guard from eureka forbes is worst they dont send the person for service easily and they take too much time they took my aqua guard machine and i m calling so many times to return the machine but they are giving all type of excuses. I will never advice anyone to buy from eureka forbes
