[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Customer care

Dear All,

Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers

I am Arjun Singh, purchased EUROCLEAN WET & DRY vacuum cleaner on date 16 Feb 2014. Transaction id is : 77655074 Customer id: [protected] Till now I have not received Warranty card, Bill and Eurodiya till now Arjun Singh [protected].

I HAD BOUGHT EURO-VIGIL(SECURITY SYSTEM) FROM THEM IN DEC LAST YEAR. FIRST THEIR SALES MAN LIED THAT CMC FACILITY IS AVAILABLE IN LUCKNOW.THEN ONCE THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED AND I INSISTED ON CMS FACILITY THEN I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE ENGINEER THAT THERE IS NO CMC FACILITY AT LUCKNOW.WITHIN TWO MONTHS I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THW SYSTEM.ON COMLAINTS NO ONE RESPONDED, THEN WHEN I SENT COMPLAINT TO COMPANY, THEN MY PROBLEM WAS PARTIALLY SOLVED. AGAIN I HAD PROBLEMS NOW AND THEN AND ALL TIMES I HAD TO BEG THEM TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.NOW FOR THE PAST FIFTEEN DAYS I HAVE PROBLEM WITH SYSTEM AND SERVICE ENGINEER IS NOT ATTENDING IT. HORRIBLE AFTER SALE SERVICE. SALES PERSONS ARE CHEATERS.

WE are just fed up with the product and your service people.
Eureka Forbes, I did a biggest mistake to buy a vaccum cleaner. I need service and called there center in Bangalore for service and pack of dust bag.
First, I called Koramangala center, they told since my area doesnt comes under their service area, they could not serve and i need to talk to another dealer in Dairy circle.

Second, I called Diary circle they bluntly refused to service or sell me a bag even i offered them that i can walk in to their office and pay cash.

Third, I called their JC road office, they told they cant send a person to service as it does not come in their area.

Ridiculous, What a customer care? I am looking for the dust bag now since last 3 years...

My sincere advice to all not to fall in trap and buy product from this company. Better buy a product from local dealer, at least he can listen to your complain.

from last 1 month i have been complaining for the repair of water filter at our plant m/s hira power & steels ltd raipur but till date it is not compleated. one technician attended the system and told us the card problem(god knows) and that he will bring the card and repair it at sight. it was around 12 days before but till date the technician didnt arrived to repair it. everyday i was calling to the dealer at raipur chhattisgarh and he was just telling fake. the service side is so poor at raipur that presently i was thinking of some alternavive solution for the same. pls solve the problem at the earliest.

Customer Service is the worst, I am holding a maintenace contract with the company, but till date no one has come to do regular maintenance and even my logged call is not getting responded by the service department, I logged my call thrice. This is a night mare in a service contract, I am now taking this company on task by legal way.
This complaint is regarding poor product quality of Aquaguard machine.I purchased one Aquaguard (Infinity model) 3-4 days back and the machine installed was leaking badly. The Pune office replaced the new machine but again the new machine was found leaking. Complained raised once again to Pune office and third machine was installed which was found leaking once again ( When the machine is in shutdown, the drop by drop water is leaking out from the outlet). Complaint registed once again. Service person came and opened the machine and tried to rectified the problem but couldn't resove the leakage problem and committed to replace by new one.Till then more than 24 hours have been passed but Eureka Forbes people didn't turn up again.
This indicates that this model has manufacturing defect and M/s Eureka Forbes is trying to cheat hre customers in market. Response to the Customer complaint is also very poor.

I had a very bad experience as a customer this morning dated 02 Jan 2010 at 10.08 AM.

I called[protected] and wanted to report a fault in water purifier, Spoke to your executive “Pradeep”. It was a such a bad experience as a customer.

If the call is recorded listen the conversation.

Your executive was not only rude but also lacked professionalism.Train your executives and then ask them to handle calls from customers.

This is the complaint cum Inquiry.

We are dealing with the PERFECT SERVICES. Proprietor Shri Mahesh Prajapati having Contact No.[protected].

At my residence, since last four years we are using A.G. Reviva R.O. Plant. It is functioning regularly on the change of the filtration every year.

Perfect Services is rendering the services of maintenance and gave us a proposal.

The proposal was to the effect that we have to handover old AG Reviva Machine and against that, they will give us R.O. Silver Nano Machines. The price of new machine is Rs. 14500/-. They will give us the rebet of Rs. 6000/- and we have to pay them Rs.8500/- only. Initially, they told us that there would be free warranty for 1 year for the new machine. Accordingly, they have installed a new machine at out place. It is conveyed to us that it is R.O. Silver Nano Machine. The bill and service contract which bears holograms also.

Now after installation, they have issued us a bill for Rs. 4840/- being the cost of R.O. Silver Nano Machine. However, in the description column, they have written “Up Grade Kit”. They have issued another bill being the Service Contract Bill of Rs. 3660/- making the total sum of Rs. 8500/-.

We demanded the book supplied with the machine, which they are refusing. On the machine, Eureka Forbes is written. However, on the machine nowhere “R.O. Silver Nano” as the name of model is written. We asked them that they have given one year warranty then why should we give Rs. 3660/- for the service contract, for the period upto 1st March 2011. They said they are under the authorized service center. The billing is to be done this way only.

We are confused. We think that we have been deceived by the Perfect Services. Eureka Forbes can not function this way. At present the payment is stalled by us.

Kindly give us the correct information about the scheme which Perfect Services has offered us.

There is something wrong somewhere.

I totally agree with the above comments about eureka forbes service in respect of the water purifiers. It more than a week since I lodged a complaint for my water filter which has stopped working completely. They promised to send the techinician within 2 days but I think their counting of 2 days is equivalent to 2 months or 2 years since the techincian has not come till date. I am totally frustrated with their service contract. I think they should change their logo from " A friend for life" to "An Enemy for life". Their higher authorities are totally incomptent because they pass the buck to their techincians who are total bums. They just do not know to talk and worse still they come without the required parts and have to return without fixing the problem. I am totally disgusted with Eureka Forbes in particular with their after sale service and would not regret in telling whosoever I meet not to buy any of the Eureka Forbes products. In other words I would label them as 'CHEATS'.
I have service contract for one year with Eureka Forbes for aqua gaurd water filter which is not working since 25.12.09. Technician of their franchise, M/s Anandi Ent.attended on 26.12.09 and informed one circuit to be replaced. After 3 days he replaced the part which is of no use.
Further M/s Anandi Ent.informed, shall get fresh part from company and replaced it but till date no one has come. several times called to customer care also but no use. I am spenidng money for drinking water since last 10 days because of poor service form Eureka Forbes.

Hi, i am using Eureka Forbes Aquaguard since a year and experiencing really a bad service and responce. I literally feel they are making fun of customers by providing such a BAD service.
sir, we are using AG BOOSTER(WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER) which is not working last two weeks, when we inform me in phone they dint pick...pls do as soon as possible.

i totally agree with you, i too made a complain in eureka forbes regarding servicing of my aquaguard and its been 7-8 times i called them up and me too was told that they are working on it, and surely the executive will come to check the device within the next 24 hrs...and blablabla...but neither the executive came nor the commitment fulfilled in time.the worst part was that they made a contract for free services in 2 yrs and i paid them for that nonsense contract...these people eat up our money and this behaviour makes me feel it was a total wastage of money and time to get home a product of eureka forbes.worst executives on duty.

Eureka Forbes — No Service for 7 months out of 12 months of Service Contract

I have a Service Contract with Eureka Forbes for Designer purifier from 21/06/09 to 21/06/10...its been 7 months now however no one turned up to service the purifier….the only landline number they have at Jaipur[protected] either does not work or gets disconnected within a min of getting connected. Despite of my calling the service center and lodging a complaint – 5489…no one turned up…I am very disappointed….. Jatin

I'm also a victim of Eureka forbe's worst after sales service. My Eureka forbes RO water purifier is still under waranty period and it has malfunctioned for the past 20 days. I have called up the customer care a dozen of times but no one has turned up to solve the problem. It is the worst company i have seen when it comes to servicing.
