[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Customer service at real low

Hi,
I have called up eureka forbes customer center @ 39883333 on Wednesday & request number is 15882. The Aqua guard water purifier system is not working in our house for past 3 days. I have been following up with you since wednesday, I have been keep hearing that custoemr service person is on the way & reach by EOD. Is this the service that is expected out of Eureka.Whenever the sales person come to my home to collect AMC, he promply says they will come every quarter to do service of the system. It so happened until now in the last 4 years not even once they have turned up for quartely service. When the sales guy comes the next year to collect AMC, He says the same story, that he is new to the organization, he will ensure that he will come & carry out the service every quarter. How can you expect me refer Aquaguard to my friends/relatives, if the service this pathetic. What is the turnaround time in case customer reports in with problem. Its more than 3 days, Would appreicate if you could send service person ASAP, otherwise i have no option other than write to various seniors/other media persons about the pathetic service we have been provided the last 4 years or so

I have logged a complient for non working of my Aqua Guard Classic Model on 19th Nov 2010. The complient number is 83894761.But Till now no body attend the problem.

I request you to attend and rectify my purifier on urgent basis.

If you are not sending your service person with in two days I have no other option than approching cunsumer court.

YOASH SERVICES the authorised franchise for Eureka Forbes Ltd. at Thane E-5 / 102Brahmand Phase VI, Azad Nagar, Ghodbunder Raod, Thane, I feel is the worst franchise - Tel.No. 25895493 / [protected]. Had approached us for 2 years contract. We signed the 2 years service contract on 13th May 2010. Since then they have never responded to our complaints. Inspite of several calls their person has not turned up at our residence.It has caused us great inconvenience since we have to take leave from work and stay at home thinking their service engineer will turn up. I will want to approach consumer redressal forum and take back the contractual amount paid to them since they have never turned up.

dear customer care officer officer, this is for your kind attention that i had purchased one PROTEC+ Aquaguard on 20.11.2010 Ref No : acknowledgement for documents no : 608370 from kolkta office . But i am sorry to inform you that in the first day after installing the machine it was not working atall. after complaining your sales office they changed the machine but it was the same story that it was not properly working. i repeatedly complaing to the sales person Mr Shankar sardar not responding for the above problem.In this situation i contact your service centre for see the machine and correct the problems, but most unfornutely the problem remain same. more over our experience is very bad regarding your after saless service. after contact the dept we over hear that Receptionist informing somebody " that problemetic lady is calling" this is most unfortunate experience from a such international company. the same experience i had once again when i call the sale person Mr Sankar sardar. code no 9004428 who said " why you are disterbing me." In this circumstances i do not have any option other than stop payment ( i had purchase by installment ).

I like to request you to see the matter sincerely and let me know what action you are going to take for resolve all these problems. Moreover till date i didn't received any pucca money receipt for above purchase.

I m fully agree with every body. Even if i face the same problem. I am from bangalore and purchase water purifier (Sansa model) in August 2010. At the time of purchase i was asked to give the 4 free service with in a year. but still now no body comes to my door step to give the service. now my purifier is not working . i raise the complain 2 month back having request number - [protected] and calling customer case frequently in every week interval but no response and no body came to repair it. they are not serious about their existing customers problem.

So i will request all peoples those who are planning to purchase water purifier, please don't go for Eurekha forbe models, as they are not provide the service at all. if some one is not ready to provide the service for their product then why will you purchase that product ?

ON 18.10.2010 I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW AQUAGUARD TOTAL INFINITI WATER PURIFIER FROM EUREKA FORBES LTD, TIRUNELVELI-627 007.PREVIOUSLY I GOT AQUAGUARD CLASSIC MODEL UNDER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.
EUREKA FORBES HAVE TAKEN BACK THE AQUAGUARD CLASIC AND PROMISED TO REPAY THE AMC AMMOUNT.I HAVE FOLLOWED SEVERAL TIMES WITH THEM. TILL NOW THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE AMC AMMOUNT. M.R.MURUGESAN, O-6, SPIC NAGAR, TUTICORIN-628005.

I have also got poor responce from "Ureka Forbes" service engineer in the 1 year of warranty period. In this period, my Water purifier was not working for 6 months & your service engineer could not repair the same.After warranty period, he called me for servicing & done the same with charge of Rs.250/-

Now my question is why it was not repaired in the 6 months( Warrranty period & not woking).

Can you clarify the matter?

Eureka Forbes Ltd. / RO System — Pathetic customer experience despite AMC

Hi there,

With reference to complaint no. [protected] raised on 18th March 2010, I have been following up almost on daily basis with Eureka Forbes customer helpline no. and been given false commitments that engineer will visit and fix the problem with my RO system.

My RO is covered under AMC wide contract receipt no. 45, form no. 20322940 with M/s Shanker's Services (authorized service franchisee of Eureka Forbes Ltd.) from 20th Aug 2010 to 19th Aug 2011.

As of now, the status is same, no resolution/response to above problems...you can very well understand that the raw water condition in Surya Nagar is pathetic and without a working RO system, drinking water becomes a huge problem and issue for survival as such.

Despite my all explanation of the gravity of problem, there is no respite...

This is the height of frustration that a customer can sustain with this kind of irresponsible attitude and customer handling.

I'm totally agree with your comment . I just relocated from Chennai to Bangalore, so for that purpose I just want to re-installed my Eureka Forbes Vijay model in house. I raised a request on 6th of April with request number :[protected] but still now non of the technician called me . Last 3 weeks I just following with them and every day I got a same response like "by EOD it'll be definitely resolved". And if I will provide a call to any of the customer care and ask them to provide this call to the senior then every time the same response like "The seniors are not available in the floor". Being a reputed company providing a such a poor response is really pathetic.Please it's my kind request them to improve the service quality and do not think like that you are doing the Monopoly Business in the market.
hi, i am also facing same type of problem i called to aquagard on 28 april to re install my aquagard unit of classic model but every time customer care people always asked me the address and told me that installation will be done in 24-48 hrs, then pls tell me how much hrs completed to install my aquagard machine my complaint no.is 851010 still they didnot install yet so pls do needful
Breach of Trust and Violation of Business Ethics

I have been the victim of a mislead, mis-sell, dump & forget scam by some personnel of Eureka Forbes. The total loss to date is in 7 (seven) digits INR. I have material over Rs 6 Lacs in stock which are turning to dust.. the result of poor after sales service & unkept promises of a Sales Return. Eureka Forbes

We brought you attention, that your marketing persons approached our residence, review the well water condition (check the TDS 1100) and advise us to buy the Filter (Rs.13, 500, payed Rs 1000 more than the selling price displayed at trade centre). We bought the same on 29-3-11 (Ref no :[protected] and rejected due to delivered filter does not the meet the specification requirement mentioned in the product. However the Marketing Manager / Marketing persons confirmed the filter water output qulaity (along with life guarantee / warranty) will meet the specification eventhough the particular not installed. A sample of water analysis taken (condition from consumer the sample result should the meet the quanlity requirment) till date the sample nor the marketing person does not turndown the sample results (responsibilty lies with other department).

Delivered filter problems :

1) Within 30 days the filter (first filter) the output quality including TDS is 800ppm and requested to marketing / service address the issue no action.
2) 60 days service person examined and ask to change the filter by paying Rs 300+ (we refused to pay, since is under warranty), however the service manager called up and informed unless otherwise the payment they are not in position to ichange the new filter. Condition necessitated to pay and new filter (1st filter) installed.
3) 75 day the same problem with poor quality water output and filter water is dripping as a drop (we thought the filter selected is baiscally wrong does not serve to prevailing condition of water).
4) Followup action : Call up the marketing person([protected]) and explain the problem, inturn he ask us to contact service person to address (not his responsibilty).
5) Custome complaint made (Ref no[protected] and urgent action to be taken as branded name Eureka reputation.
6) We need to examine the water filter supplied in all aspect including the TDS and other paremeter stated in the technication specification of filter.
7) Prior to this filter, we used Eureka Aquaguard (ultra ) for a year and later the filter cannot used. We bought mineral water bottle for daily usage.
8) We bought the above (Rs 13, 500)filter based on cost anlaysis ( proposed by Marketing person) and we regret to inform the option made wrong based on the condition of operating / services.

I have a eureka forbes ag total reviva ro water system. I am facing some problem since 02-01-12. I conmplained on the number [protected] which they registered and said they shall send a sms which they didnt do. later I called the local Eureka guys who visited upon several calls to them. They said they would turn up the same day which they didnt do. Please dont buy any eureka forbes product. Buyers beware.
i purchased vacuum cleaner from your group customer sales specialist mr jayesh parmer his code no - 9008721. he cheat with me for Diwali gift scheme and also replacement scheme. so pl call me on my mobile no[protected] for resolve my complain. i called him on his office nos & mobile nos 50 to 60 times but no any reply received. i paid up full amount in advance by cheque. so u inform mr jayesh parmer otherwise i will go to grahak sureksha through my family advocate

Aquaguard Spring Flow — Service Centre Not REsponding

I have been calling Aquaguard Service Centre on 39883333 since 30th April and I keep getting promise from AquaGuard team that engineer would attend my home between 06 to 08.30 PM but no one turns up. This is been repeating for last 5 Days and I am unable to use my Water Purifier since then.

Could some one please help.

Eureka Forbes service is not upto the level. we logged the complaint regarding change of filter, but till now no one is attend the complaint. very poor service...Please go for some other brand, not Eureka...
