Improper and reckless response
Dear Editor

Kindly publish in ur newspaper about this article against Eureka Forbes Call Center which is T.Nagar....

We have logged in a complaint (Complai no 86847428) there ctc no 044-39883333 about my Water purifier which is purchased by Eureka Forbes in chennai,. But they are more keen on sales than service.... We have logged a complaint on 3 may but still now they dont even bother to check with the customer.... And we have complained nearly about 20 times wach time we call there will be different person attending the call (KANNAN, RAJ, ARUN, DAVID, MUZAMMIL, SHANMUGAM, BALAMURUGAN, REKHA) ALL SAY THEY ARE THE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND NO BLOODY FELLOWS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ATTEND THE FAULT..... Very disappointed about the service of Eureka Forbes..... If this happens oneday they will be ending with nowhere in the business.... just begging for...... (very sorry to say)
