I am persuing for service of my vaccum cleaner since past 1 month & till now I am sitting on the same track, without any revertals.

Some how i got background mail in history,

But now i believe its a common practice in eureka forbes, until one complains to higher authorities, he cannot get his job done

My complaint on service of my Vaccum Cleaner is lying at your indore office since past 20 days & every time we call to that no. we get the only assurance & no service when we ask should we come to office for service, the regular response is

"No sir you do not need to come, we will get it done.


Can you pls help me in getting services out of my Investment.

But above all Eureka Forbes is a Hopeless Company, you can expect better services in Govt sectors but not from...


This is the 2nd item i purchase with name of this brand & my 2nd biggest mistake.

What shuld i do to the unit i have got at my home cz i can not eat it, pls cofirm can you take it back ?
If not then pls suggest what to do in such cases ?
What is the level of commitment that we expect from a private company which is in service sector & is least bouthred to response the customers ?
Or should i just throw the unit ?
Expecting your prompt response ... at least on this mail.

Eureka Forbes Limited — New machine not installed for over 5 days

We bought a Eureka Forbes Total RO machine and they promptly delivered the product and collected the money. They promised installation in few hours. However its over 5 days now, and they have not installed the machine.
Call centre complaint did not help, web site complaint did not help, and constant followup with Ravi Kumar - Sr. Team Leader did not help.
This is really poor service and literally organised robbing of a consumer

Eurekaforbes LTD — No One is comming for service

sir i bought a Eurekaforbes RO system. Now as if i m in warranty period No one is comming for service from 3 months after i bought a system. What can i do sir?? Sir can you give me the mail id of head officers of this company so i can submit complaint
i bought Aquagard infinity WP System from eureka forbes.
Delivery from TCI was fantastic and they have done in a single day. but still it is not installed.
im keeping on calling sales person Mr. Govindhraj and the response is very bad.
Why i should cancel my personal comittments for installing Aquagard. but i have been doing the same for past four days.

To tell frankly i didnt expect this kind of bad service from such a reputed company EUREKA.

Eureka Forbes — New installation not done

I have purchased new EUREKA FORBES machine.I requested a new installation last week.Since last 7 days installation is not done.

Eureka Forbes — No service and Charged hire for installation

we have purchase Ro System from Eureka forbes ....we gave our cheque to sales Officer and one technician installed RO at our home
Sales Office asked for 460 rs For Ro stand...while next day when technician installed RO ,he told that real cost of that stand is 300 Rs.only
Sales Officer promised us to come after 2 days to check the purity of water.
from past 20 days we have been trying to that sales office and technician ,but nobody from them is receving our call
so many time we raised complained to eureka forbs customer service for rectifie the issue.
but nobody responsed US back..
lastly we canceled our cheque and waiting for them to take their RO back.

Nobody has come till now for any discussion.
we never expect all this from company like eureka forbes who is giving promises of their services.
we r feeling like we will loose out money .
i want to complain ab that sales office and customer care department.who is feeling people on the name of services.

Worst service of eureka... n employees talking like they are
owner of eureka..

with costumers... I m really so impressed By Mr.Ramzan n By Eureka
Forbes.. "A Company saying v build on trust & lasting relationships
with customers.. costumers first..." every thing was fake in this
company...3rd class company.. i broke my relationship with eureka
now...I want this person out of this job either in future from my
whole family no one purchase even a single product of eureka.. not
even by mistake...

I have purchased AQUAGUARD ENHANCE UV during January 2014. I
have lodged complaints six to seven times, but each time service people come
and repair but till now the problem has not been solved. I have requested to
change the product. About ten days back they come and serviced, but service
people are saying that problem is occurring due to low pressure of water due to
inadequate height of water tank. I have shown the height of water tank to the
people at the time of installation. They told that Aqua Guard Enhance UV will
work with this height without any problem. Two days back, once again the same
problem occurring. Water is not lifting in the Aqua Guard. Once again contacted
service people. They have told that it is not possible to change the product,
only they can repair the problem. Tomorrow they will repair and go. After few
days once again, same problem will occur. I don't know what to do with Aqua Guard?
Whether I can sue them in consumer court and advertise not to buy Aqua Guard? I
don’t know why Eurekha Forbes is hesitating to replace the product when the
product itself has some problems. I am totally disappointed with the services
of Aqua Guard.

I would like to inform you that I am a regular customer of Eurekaforbes, but I am sorry to inform you that service at Jamshedpur branch is very very poor, Sales person only knows to sale the machine, after sales very poor response to the complain is there.

I have bought a new RO machine 2 months back and observed some problem,
Complain (no.[protected] has been lodged by me to the call centre, 3 day after complaining 1 technician has visited my house, but after that visited neither he is picking up the phone nor visiting my home again I have lodged the complain (No.[protected] and till now problem is not solved. Same service problem I have observed in my company also by the technicians last year.


Kindly do the need full to solve my problem at the earliest.

WE ARE USING AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO. RECENT WATER STUDY REVEALS LOSS OF MINERALS WITH LOW PH. UNFIT FOR DRINKING. STUDY REPORT IS ENCL0SED PLEASE ADVISE US WHAT WE HAVE TO DO.
I am Sathish Kumar (reg mob no [protected]), I am holding Reviva RO for more than 8 –years, and have Put an AMC with Eureka Forbes for Two years, Paying a cheque of Rs.7870, where the receipt no 25918025, customer ID [protected], AMC period starting from[protected] till[protected], with a registered Mobile No [protected]. I had a very Worst & pathetic experience with your Service.
On 29th of June 5.08 pm, I received a msg that a mandatory service is due and Mr Boominathan is allocated for that. In the At 6.12 pm I received another Msg saying my service is done and was asked to rate the service. I was shocked and raised another complaint no[protected] on 30th June, However, I received a msg the same day at 11.07 Am that One Mr Thangaraj is allocated and another Msg by 12.12 noon that the service is done and need to Rate the service. I asked for the Managers no from Customer care and called Mr Ashok Kumar (no-[protected]), However, there wasn’t proper response from his side and no one turned up for Service. I raised another complaint no 87983882, on 2nd July, but I received msg the same day at 4.44 Pm that Mr. A Sadam Husain is allocated for Service and at 6.12 Pm another msg saying the service is done and was asked to rate the service. Again I raised a complaint no. 87987162 on 3rd of July, asked was senior persons contact no from customer care and I received Mr Daniels no.[protected]. To my surprise Mr Daniel did not bother to pick or return back a call though I tried calling him for more that 10 times on 3rd and 4th. The complaint raised on 3rd was virtually closed by mr. Thangaraj with a followup Msg of service rating. Finally I raised a complaint no 95985767 on 5th of July which was again virtually closed by mr. Boominathan.
Finally, i got a call from local service center and when explained my plight they said .. i didn't attend they call earlier, which was lie as i have asked Airtel to share my call history and when i asked about how the call got closed as attended which did not happen, they didn't have answer for that and were throwing ruthless answer that if i want they can send a service person else leave it and laughed at me when i said i will report to head office.

Just to bring it to your Notice in the year 2013, having paid AMC the Aqua gurad service was denied as you didn’t have service person in my area during that period. This was the reason given by the customer care.

Having paid AMC in the Customer’s plight is pathetic where Water is very critical and I have 75yrs Old cancer patient at home. Suggest what am I to do with your Pathetic Service
