I purchased aquaguard -Sensa during June 2008 from ur Burkit Road, t.Nagar, Chennai 17 office. Despite my repeated reminders till date i have not received the invoice.(more than 1 year) Similarly, on 3 10 09 i placed order for supply of one wet and dry vacuum cleaner from ur burkit road t nagar, chennai 17 office. They took my old vacuum cleaner for exchange and i paid cheque for Rs.8990/- dt 10 9.09. (order form cum receipt no[protected] When booking the order, they promised me to deliver the pillow cover and a big bag to keep the vacuum cleaner with all acccesories along with the original invoice . Till date nobody delivered the same. I think ur burkit road office rep. will always misguide the people and of their poor service ur reputation may fall down amongst the consumers. I would like to know from the customer care service cell that what are all the items you will provide with the vacuum wet and dry cleaner. I hope atleast u will respond to my complaints. Precisely I would like to have the folloiwng: 1. Original invoice for the Sensa - Total wate purifier purchased during June 08( more than 1 year) 2 -do- wet and dry vacuum cleaner delivered on 3 10.09. 3. Items promised by Mr J Srinivasan, o[censored]r burkit road t nagar chennai 17 office at the time of booking the vacuum cleaner.
