We had bought aquaguard reviva reverse osmosis water purification system (SL No: D 10-6015050, code: AG NF Reviva) from the company on 2nd November this year.
The company advised us that we should fix the machine to a wall with a stand that they had provided.
Within 10 days the stand broke and the machine fell down breaking into pieces.
Since then we have been requesting the company to replace the machine with a new one.
However repeated requests have gone unheeded. Today we were supplied by an old machine and told that it would be fitted later on.
Having lost patience we are now asking for refund of the money we had paid. But the company has so far refused to do so.
