Poor Service

Poorest service...Very sad with services from Eureka Forbes.. My service request (86950421) which was logged on 23 May 2012, still waiting for miracle to get completed. every day morning, i go to on line chat feature and talk to customer care. this chat closes with assurance of today closure. Today never comes for EF. Even today (31 May 7:30 PM), my SR is not served. Not sure, how are the managing such a business with this service.

Hi,

I am not sure how can a company claim it has 24/7 support when it can service a failure on weekends. I had purchased a RO unit on 7th and it became faulty on 10th evening. Not sure how the this passed the quality check. This is the first slip. I calls your helpdesk and registered a ticket (88336) to get it fixed. I was surprised to here that the service team does not operate on Sunday. When my new product is totally down what I am supposed to do. Do Eureka Forbes want it’s customer to be without water for days. By the way I did accept this and asked the helpdesk person to send a technician on Monday morning. I called your helpdesk again at 12 PM on Monday as I could not see any technician at my home. This time your helpdesk gay was very rude. They told me that the SLA was for 48 hours and it will start count from Monday only. I spoke to your helpdesk engineer Mr.Antoney who was not bothered to accept my complaints and was sticking to 48 hours. After some discussion he got my lime transferred to Prema who identified herself as a supervisor. But this person do not know the term of SLA. I am not sure how can you identify all calls as a similar one. My issues was a complete break down of a new product. The t team did not agree to send a engineer at an earlier time and was sticking to the 48 hours SLA. They gave me a number for the service co-ordinateor as 044-64532707. No one is available at this number. And this number was not reachable after 7:30 PM.

I am sad that I had purchased a RO system with a company which do not have any sensitivity to the customer. Your brand as “Friend for Life” is not correct. Do not advertise your site as 24/7 customer service. All are inefficient bunch of jokers. If I do not get my RO serviced by 11:30 AM tomorrow, I would like to return the product and get my money back. I am totally dissatisfied with your service.

WE HAVE GOT A REIVIVA WATER PURIFIER FROM THIS COMPANY AND IT GOT REPAIRED WITHIN TEN DAYS AND THEY TOOK IT FOR SERVICE BUT NEVER RETUREND EVEN AFTER TWENTY DAYS, THE SERVICE AGENCEY ANSWER IS THE COMPANY DELAYS THE PRODUCT. EVEN THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN A PROPER RECIPT FOR OUR PAYMENT.

I am from Thane. I registered complaint No.MA190 towards leakage for my water purifier (Designa Model) Thane Service center (Contact No.022-64403555) on 14 th March 2009. Till Today 19 March nobody from service center attended the same. Everyday I am receiving same answer that they will attend the same as early as possible. This type of poor service Eureka Forbes is providing to their customer.

Aquaguard compact water purifier is not working since 15 days , Service engineer Mr Vikas mobile 9821240089 , is not responding even after many phone calls , This is a worst service ever seen in my life for such a important factor.Hope people will stop buying from such a third class supplier

We purchased two no of water filter about 3 months back. Immediately after installation, within a day or two, we faced leakage problem. The water leaks from the filter unit and drips continuously. We got a call from the sales office regarding the feedback about a month after the installation. We were promised immediate service but still the problem remained unattended.

I also made a tele- complaint (Complaint no: 0060506986 - executive name Ms Shefali) about a week back.

However till date, I havent received any call / nor any visit from the service centre.

I am really not satisfied with Eureka Forbes service and wonder how a company so old and reputed could ignore a customer for so long.

I regret having referred Eureka Forbes to several of my friends and relatives and vow to dissuade them from using your products.

Eureka has the worst service on the planet. It's horrendous. We bought Aquasure Nano and have called them 3 times over the course of 4 months.

For every problem, we'll have to call them many, many times to remind them about the registered complaint. Every time, they'll promise that your case has been escalated and someone will attend the complaint by the end of the day. But no one shows up. For our most recent complaint, no one has showed up yet, it's been 5 days so far, although they promise a 48hour turn around time.

I am giving up on their products & service. With such bad service there's no need to keep buying/using their products when there's so many alternatives available in the market.

WE PURCHASED EUREKAFORBES REVIVA RO SYSTEM IN MAY 2010. THEY INSTALLED IN JUNE/JULY 2010. THEY DID NOT CHECK OUR WATER FOR ETC. AND THEY DID NOT ADVISE ANYTHING. NOW, IT IS TAKING MORE TIME AND WATER TO FILTER WATER.SO, WE ARE USING WATER PURIFIER.
WE ARE REQUESTING TO CHECK OUR WATER AND CHECK MACHINE.

This is my second complaint against Eureka Forbes regading the servicing problem. I have taken three years of service contract for my water purifier from an authorised service center of EUREKA FORBES. Last time when i made the complain the agents responded immediately but when i call the agents to the numbers they have provided (938670195,9631250743) they make no response. So is this the way to contact to you people.?? Am i supposed to make a complain over here everytime when i need servicing?? why your agents don't turn on when i make a complain to them??

I have bought Eureka Forbes water purifier.As per Eureka Forbes policy one year free servise is available.
I made a complaint last month (14/11/2011) Mechine is not working, complain no is 85882915 till date it is not fixed.

I bought a vacuum cleaner currently registered on name of Mr.Ganesh keshri who resides in Jaduguda.we got some gifts on the purchase of the product.we were told that to receive the gifts we have to draw a draft of rs100 and send it to country wide network pvt.ltd. we followed all the procedures. few weeks before we received a message saying that we will receive our gifts in 7 days.but when it doesn't came we call on the the helpline no. but they clearly said that we can't help you.then we contact our dealer ,he also said the same thing.

Same as the case with my aquaguard...nobody is responding .I have also taken the contract for 2 years but i am tired calling you people since months.kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.I shifted to a new house in flat 106, VIshal aptt, bhigna pahari, bari path, mahendru, Patna.

Previously the service was good enough but after changing my flat they are not responding to my request.So plz help me as we are frequently suffering from stomach upset...Hence we need an immediate response from Eureka Forbes.

I, Anujay Singh Negi, purchased Aquaguard Total Classic on 29.03.2012. After the initial installation, no one has come from the company for the free service of the appliance. I called the dealer N number of times but in vain. No action has been taken by the company. The Dealerr details are :
